It's like I said. Without Ronaldo, Expect a different Madrid team. Both the wingers actually tracked back all game and defensively they were astute most of the game. Goal threat was always there with Bale and Benzema combining really well.

Disappointing performance by Alonso and Modric though.

Regarding Barcelona. Same old shit.

Funny thing is, we are unable to create such threat nowadays that neither Bale or Benzema had to defend, they jsut stayed up all game or at most, dropped back to hinder Xavi or Busquests a bit, Real defended with 8 and were comfortable. In our peak b4, teams defended with 10 and struggled to contain us Sad

Messi played? Hmm, did not noticed. I enjoyed seeing Alves cross to his opposite full back/Casillas on multiple (every) occasion, was most enjoyable. You know, those lovely crosses that utilizes the great jumping abilities of Ini, Messi, Neymar, Xavi, etc.

Furthermore, whenever Fabregas starts, he gives the opposition hope that they can win...
