Simeone bottling it in the final 2 rounds?they aren't Real.They are probably going to wing Malaga and draw vs Barca at the Nou.Unless Barca choke vs Elche, which is a tough fixture tbh

the first 15-20 minutes was meh from madrid mainly from the injury from Ronaldo, you could see Coentrao constantly looking at the bench to see his friend along with ramos etc.

once Ramos scored his goal you guys got back in a groove and sorta expected the other team to just take the loss but they fought back.

then the subs.. you guys stopped attacking all together right at the moment that Valladolid gained full momentum which was bad subs....

btw after the draw Valladolid jumped from 18th place to 16th

Valladolid played so well actually, I havent seen any team play this well vs Real for a while I think, they deserve praise.

I would seriously consider jumping infront of an onrushing bus if Barcelona win the league now, esp after their Coach and captain practically gave up all hopes and talked about looking to next season with a "Clean Slate"

if athletico beat malaga dont they win the league right away or is there still a chance of head to head between athletico and barca ?

Both teams have an equal H2H, so I think it goals down to goal difference.

If Atleti beat Malaga and we beat Elche, then Atleti have 91 points and we have 88 heading to the final match day. All Atleti needs is a draw to win the league, were as we need a win. If we win will be 91 points and tied with Atelti however in La Liga its about head to head records in league, so that would mean we win considering the first game ended in a draw and the second one if we win have a superior head to head record against Atleti.

Barcelona 1-1-0
Atleti 0-1-1

So, yes there is still a chance but it'll depend over the weekend what happens, Atleti could lose and we lvl with them on points before the final match or we could lose and Atleti win the title.

Does the away goal rule count in league H2H?

For example, if Barca and Atletico are tied on 88 points before the final matchday, would a score draw (i.e. 1-1, 2-2, etc.) mean Atleti win?

If it's 0-0 I assume Barca win due to superior goal difference.

All of this is considering Real to be out of the picture by then.

If points are equal between two or more clubs, the rules are:[2]

The tie is between two clubs, then the tie is broken using the goal difference for the two matches those clubs have played against each other (without away goals rule)

If the tie is between more than two clubs, then the tie is broken, using the games the clubs have played against each other:
a) head-to-head points
b) head-to-head goal difference
c) head-to-head goals scored

If two legged games between all clubs involved have not been played, or the tie is not broken by the rules above, it is broken using:
a) total goal difference
b) total goals scored

If the tie is still not broken, the winner will be determined by Fair Play scales.[3] These are:

yellow card, 1 point
doubled yellow card/ejection, 2 points
direct red card, 3 points
Suspension or disqualification to coach, executive or other club's personnel (outside referee decisions), 5 points
Misconduct of the supporters: mild 5 points, serious 6 points, very serious 7 points
Stadium closure, 10 points
If the Competition Committee removes a penalty, the points are also removed
If the tie is still not broken, it will be resolved with a tie-break match in a neutral stadium.

What if the tie-break match ends with a penalty shootout and the shootout just doesn't end because both teams don't want it to end, because they want to see what would happen after a tie-break match. hmm
