Vince McMahon actually missed the WrestleMania main event and Daniel Bryan's big win because he left his post to ride with Taker to the hospital in the back of the ambulance. Vince left it up to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon to run the rest of the show, all while playing a role in the main event as well.

Bryan will get a title run of decent length, especially that there isnt a strong heel in the picture at this point. Unless they send Brey Wayett after him, but that's unlikely send he needs a few victories after jobbing to Cena.

Shit, Brey and his family jobbed to Cena. And they wonder why we hate Cena that much..

I'd have been pissed that Bray got fed to John but that wasn't really the case

The commentators and everybody else were working the storyline that Bray wasn't actually interested in the pinfall. Rather getting Cena to show his 'true self'

Was more of a story arc than a match tbh

But even still, I don't want a Bray-Bryan re-run just yet.

Bray hasn't been buried. If Bray is dancing with Tensai in 4 months then he is buried. Not when he is still in the top picture.

It never properly sank in for me either. I was just waiting for the kickout, thinking that within 5 minutes taker would hit tombstone number 2.

Then he never kicked out.... Then it was silent. And I was just waiting for something to happen

I thought to myself. 'Well, WWE are running out of ways to end these matches. Maybe the reff will come over in a minute, do an over-exaggerated wave of the hands and re-start the match'

Then... nothing happened. And the camera went onto the '21-1' titantron screen

Was mental.

Everyone was stunned. Never seen anything like this in my life.

Maybe the old fans witnessed it when Hogan joined the NWO or when Vince turned heel in 2000 or when Austin turned. But for new generation fans, this will go down as the biggest shock of all time.

I can't see how WWE will match this. It's not just wrestling fans either. Taker is someone who is known worldwide. Everyone knows about his streak. It was a shock to the whole entertainment industry.

He is still trending worldwide on twitter even after 20 hours.

I am considering watching. Because the night after WM is important too as it wraps up events from the night before and starts off new big rivalries

And there I was 2 months ago with Firenze moaning about how the Brock-Taker fight was pointless because Brock obviously had no good reason to beat him so it would be too predictable Proud
