Players you Think are Going to the World Cup who Shouldn't
Who would you replace them with?
I'll start.
Esteban Paredes (Chile). If stating, the guy does literally nothing. Has Alexis and Vargas doing everything, scores the worst of goals. Misses easy chances. Once he gets his goal, he calls in a day.
I'd throw Angelo Henriquez for him. Only 19-20, but his game is much more suitable for us. Packs alot of pace, works his socks off, decent height, can work quick plays between players, also has played for Sampaoli. Would be a great impact sub for us.

Mario Gomez, doesn't fit the team and better options out there.

FFS if your going to "try" and be funny at least spell his name correctly, and no, he's an automatic starter.
Don't hate because the USMNT is worlds above Sunderland and Chelsea in terms of quality and style.
See what I did there

Some of these names are dependent upon injuries to others in order to receive their call-up, however the fact that they are even considered as depth options is frightening.
From Italy: Pasqual, Giaccherini, Gilardino.

Have Brasil got any better keepers who are ready to deal with the pressure? And I didn't know Robinho was making it..
From England: Ashley Cole, Tom Cleverley, Frank Lampard and not sure about Glen Johnson.

Diego Alves, definitely. In any case almost any keeper is preferable to someone playing reserves to QPR.Art Morte wrote:Have Brasil got any better keepers who are ready to deal with the pressure? And I didn't know Robinho was making it..

Er what? Finished on the same exact points as Bosnia and with the best defensive record in their entire group, as well as finishing TOP of the second qualification round with the joint best defence, a qualifying round that included France, Portugal and SwedenThe_Badger wrote:The entire Greek national side.

They're a horrible, boring, incredibly negative team to watch though.
Yeah, well done on finishing second in a group that has Latvia, Liechtenstein and Lithuania.
