Such a vital win, the game was entertaining to watch. I don't discredit city on anything here, they had their share of chances, toure had two golden opportunities that went just a little too wide, silva had one too and also his free kick. But we did play better than them after the first 17-20 mins. Only thing that kind of egged me was when we were 3 on 1, Willian needed to be quicker at decision making, but he was still excellent. Hazard, matic, luiz were all really good

according to my commentary, we ended City's 20 game undefeated streak, 61 game home goal streak which stretched back to 2010 Vs Birminham, and are the first team to do the double over them since 2008.

Also, how long was their unbeaten home streak? I can't recall that, anyway, we ended that too.

Also, David Silva wouldn't make it into a Mourinho Side. He makes Mata look like John Terry when it comes to defending. Where was he when Ivanovic scored?

Speaking of which, Mata would have been a complete nonentity in that game - our best performance of the season. Selling him to United is still, for me, unforgivable, but Mou being more and more vindicated in his decision to drop him from the side by the week.

Interesting to see Oscar was barely used but I feel it was a good decision.

Will be interesting to see if he goes for the same line-up/tactics in the FAC game in 2 weeks or tries to change it up a bit to throw the wrinkly old mong off (not that it's that hard to do, mind).
