Seriously, Red & RG aren't you two grown men...

I'm not sure you've watched enough of it.  A great deal of the (best) humour in Rick & Morty is definitely aimed at adults given it's content.  Between sexual innuendos and sarcasm, there is a lot of humour that relies on some level of familiarity with science and experience well beyond that of child or even pubescent.  And some of it is just a wee bit dark for kids, to be honest.

I don't know, maybe it's just not for me.
To me it's basically just like Phineas & Ferb, that cartoon series.

I have a lot of time on me until mid-May, so whenever I am bored and have absolutely nothing to do, I'll watch the rest of the episodes. Only watched the first two up until now.

And I'm also not big on Phineas & Ferb.
Anyway, I watched E.03 & 04 of Rick & Morty. Jerry is such a douche Laughing It was better, made me laugh more. But still I won't say that it is a very good series. It's decent to watch when you want some time to pass by.
FOR ME OF COURSE. Not saying that's how everyone should feel about it.

They're nothing alike apart from the fact that their both animated and make a passing acquaintance with science though. The humour, art style, target audience, basic structure of the show, and basically every other component of the shows are all completely different.

The tenth episode (Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind) was amazing. The end was great and the song they played was perfect. The show has a lot more substance than the premise would lead you to believe.

And as they say in Canada, peace oot.

Amazing finale of Rick and Morty. Absolutely hilarious. Back to its best.

I do wonder if there is a deeper meaning to the catch phrase Rick usually says.

Joel Hodgson Wants To Resurrect Mystery Science Theater 3000 In 2014
Rob Bricken
Today 8:45am

Tucked away in this fantastic Wired article about the history of MST3K comes the amazing news that creator Joel Hodgson is trying to bring back the beloved series — this time online, and with a brand-new host.

Here's the proof:

[Wired:] But this year Mystery Science Theater may finally get a long-rumored, heavily anticipated reboot. This spring Hodgson is hoping to start a new online incarnation of the show, one that will feature a fresh (and as-yet-unannounced) host and cameos from many MST3K alumni.

Hodgson: I've talked to a bunch of fans about their lives and what MST3K means to them. I'm overwhelmed by how people took to that show. It really affected them. I thought, if enough people still love it, maybe we can bring it back.

Even avid viewers sometimes don't realize that every major role in the show had been swapped out over time. So in my mind, the show is built to be refreshed with new people and new ideas. It's like Heisenberg's uncertainty principle as it applies to MST3K: If it doesn't change, it's not the same show. And fortunately for us, as long as there are movies, there are always going to be cheesy movies.
First of all, kudos to Hodgson for comparing MST3K to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Second of all, HELL YES.

Third of all, Netflix, Hulu, Microsoft and Sony, basically anyone looking into creating digital content would be FOOLS not to try and pick up a reincarnated MST3K. New host, new bots, doesn't matter — the fans will watch. Heck, I don't even think the host segments would be absolutely necessary; just give me good riffs, bad movies, and silhouettes in the corner and and I'm there.

The comparisons don't have to be exact. Both of them are crime thrillers that are suspenseful. hmm

Poor lad MT

You've finished watching a GOAT TV show and now you're trying to find one just like it

It's not gonna happen at all. Even if you found one like it you'd be busy comparing it to BB.

MT if you want thrillers, start watching movies, there are so many great ones. Maybe try looking for shows, with great characters also. I loved Chuck, just for the characters, so a show like that will help you get over Breaking Bad Laughing
