Not really something to laugh about... Siem de Jong is actually a very tidy player and as a CAM could address one of Mole's major concerns about the team. It could be a very good signing for Newcastle at the right price.

I just wanted to remind Mole that I suggested that Newcastle may look to Siem back in December.

The rumours apparently come from a reliable journo connected to Sevilla called Jesus Alvarado. Supposedly, he mentioned the deal on radio, but it's unconfirmed whether he actually did or not. Besides that, Moreno has a release clause of €30mil last I heard, and it's unlikely Sevilla will sell for anything less.

It's not like it's the first time i ear his name being thrown around in madrid, it's just that, Moreno is not exactly a stellar defender, like marcelo, and i dont think he is somekind of a transcendental left back to be bought for 20+ millions to be a backup.

anyway, not like our transfer policy ever made sense
