European Commission (EC) saying that Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic de Bilbao, Osasuna, Valencia, Hércules and Eiche have received illegal aid and the tax exemptions accorded to football club in Spain is illegal according to EC rules.

EC rarely dedicates resources these days unless they know they have a case.  They have a budget crunch and really pick and choose what they go after.  Will be interesting.
