Shocking arrogance from Villas Boas to which I surmise reflects on how arrogant he truly is when it comes to his tactics, stubborn to change perception on how redundant his on-field decisions are.

If he wants to progress as a manager, he must purge this mentality behind his comments as its quite disappointing.
