How do you rate Frank De Boer ?
Have you any opinion about him?
He is considered one of the most 'promising coaches in Europe , he came close to qualify with one of the poor Ajax recent years ( and he reported the Ajax at the top in Netherlands, and these Ajax aren't same level than Ajax of Suarez and Huntelaar and and others of last 10 years ) , all this after he won brilliantly against Barcellona ( and who knows if they did not sell Eriksen ... ) 2-1 , after playing in inferiority for the entire second half
Two years ago he " scared " Manchester united in Europa League ( he won at Old Trafford) and last year he played a great double-header against the Manchester City
He was also probed by Liverpool as after Dalglish in 2012 ( there were 3 names essentially , De Boer, Martinez and Rodgers. ) , and besides in Italy someone suggests that he might be the first coach chosen from Erick Thohir for Inter

Re: How do you rate Frank De Boer ?
He's great.
I'm certain he can bring Ajax back to it's successful days in Europe if given some time and I don't know how, but they find some money from somewhere and let him build a proper team instead of letting all of his stars leave (Suarez, Eriksen, etc).
He's brought back the whole traditions and philosophy back to Ajax, something Martin Jol and managers before him sort of abandoned. He's got them playing that famous Ajax style despite having an inferior team. This is one of the "worst" Ajax sides I've seen in a while, and yet he's kept them up there and has done quite well in Europe too.
Very, very promising manager. Hoping Barcelona don't poach him in the future. :X

Great manager. Feck me. Only thing great about him is that he finally *bleep* off and long enough it took.
Today I watched us play football. First time in YEARS we've actually played football in a league game instead of this utter BS anti-football from de Boer. Play backwards, play sidepasses. Don't dare to play a forward pass. One up against relegation fodder? Immediately sub any semi-competent attacker in the team for more defenders to hold the lead. THE GLORIOUS AJAX STYLE. You think van Gaal for United was bad? LMAO.
Oh and shock surprise it didn't even work half of the time. But at least we have our GREAT GREAT international performances to look back on. Like going out against Dnipro.... or getting ripped apart by *bleep* SALZBURG. What a lad.
At least he managed to top it all in his last season with us going out in the group stage of the EL and losing the league on the last day against a *bleep* relegated team. A game in which we needed another goal for almost 40 minutes and de Boer decided to take of our top scorer and the in-form winger LAD GENIUS

Hate the guy. He has been bad luck for the entire future of Danish football. All our players go to Ajax and none of them play.

Despite all I can't blame him for Fischer and Boilesen. Both constantly injured and hardly ever performing. Good riddance these two.
Feel for Andersen though. Deserved a chance. Schöne was one of his favourites, but he was a senior player.
Btw I like Dolberg. Hope he'll do better than the 3.

I didn't even remind to have opened a thread about him
Imo he is not adapted to Italian football and for our roster, I'd chosen other names . Appreciated the Mancini sack , but not fan of this arival . we'll see though

Boilesen no one can be blamed for. Never seen a player get so many injuries so fast.
He did Andersen bad though. Can't wait to see what you do with Dolberg though. Fischer in Premier League gonna be good.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a bit of an odd move ?
Dutch coach in the tactical In Italian league just doesn't compute
I think someone like Leonardo Jardim would have made more sense.

Benitez->Leonado->Gasperini->Rainieri->Stramaccioni->Mazzarri->Mancini->De Boer
8 coaches in 6 years.
What Inter need is stability

In Serie A history , the Orange style football worked just two times.
Gigi Radice with Torino '70 , Serie A Winner '76 (last Torino title ) and Arrigo Sacchi with Milan.
Expecially the Inter has a historic winner culture made of counterattack football ... Foni, Herrera , Trapattoni , Mourinho just to say the most famous names. Basically the best Inter teams played always with an opposte philosophy that the Orange football.
Anyway we come from an awful football under Mancini so it'd be already an upgrade to shot at goal.

Re: How do you rate Frank De Boer ?
We're doomed that *bleep* thohir always had a fetish for De Boer ever since he bought us. I find it baffling that we're not going after Garcia but i think that makes too much sense for us.

Garcia
Anyways, this coach doesn't matter, because afterwards Inter will be able to get Simeone

Meh.
Next summer, or the summer after that at the latest, Simeone will also have the opportunity to take over Man United for 30m pounds salary a year.
