Lets all thank the zebras
Not only for proving AC Milan is the pride of Italia, not only for playing in the EL and doing the dirty job for us and help gathering more points for Italian teams, but more importantly for the extra cash that we are going to earn from their absence.
Now AC Milan will collect all the money allocated for Italian teams from TV rights, Milan have already earned close to 18 M and this figure is expected to jump to 80M, had Juve qualified we could have lost about 20M of that 80... That's Matri's money + wages.

Grazie Juve, Forza Milan......

I don't think CL revenue quite works like that...

No I'm pretty sure you're wrong. There are no allotted revenues per league, revenue only depends on how far a team makes it and whether they draw/win/lose. It makes no difference to Milan whether Juve made it or not.

The net amount available to the participating clubs will be split – €500.7m in fixed payments and €409.6m in variable amounts (market pool). This will be distributed according to the proportional value of each television market represented by the clubs taking part in the UEFA Champions League (group stage onwards), and will be split among those sides competing from a given association.

you are wrong . There is TV pool for each countries and is distributed among the clubs depending on how far they reached (how many games player total). It is the same reason why Juve was the team that earned the most money from last years CL..since all other Italian teams flopped early.
This year juventus and Napoli going out will give AC Milan huge revenue, as major part of TV revenue now goes to them.

We are all arguing and no one actually thanked them

Yeah, let's not go crazy with the celebrations... we won't be seeing any CL money next season.

That's one more reason why we should thank them, we are doubling our money this season, to make it up for missing next season....Forza wrote:Yeah, let's not go crazy with the celebrations... we won't be seeing any CL money next season.

lol...
for money, i am happy that juve were out hahah( with full respect to my fellow juve mates, no offense intended)
we still could have crawled up in serie a tables if not for allegri. he should have been kicked out of the club like 3-4 games ago.
we are like 3-4 games too late of making up the mistakes. even if we not loose one game until the end of the season, we are still likely to miss out in CL now.
