Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
Simeone would be amazing. But we need to improve if we want him...We are a step in the wrong direction from Atletico Madrid at the moment.
@zizzle
It was a very different system in Barcelona, they used a diamond midfield and 3 strikers.Italian 3 man system is a whole different story with gameplay heavily relying on wingbacks. You could even see Conte dropping it in in Europe,it just doesn't seem to work against top teams using modern formations.

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
Apparently we have entered negotiations with Alessio Cerci. The source is the same as the one who first reported we negotiated with Icardi and Kovacic.
It also says we are looking to offload Ranocchia and Guarin.

Inter made great strides on D'Ambrosio
As reported by the Corriere dello Sport, Inter have been working in a decisive manner on Danilo D’Ambrosio in the last two weeks but on the left back of Torino, there are also Roma and Tottenham.
“D’Ambrosio seemed to be a step away from Tottenham but negotiations with Spurs did not materialize. Branca and Ausilio have made strides to make sure it can happen in June but do not rule out an operation already next month.”

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
we must immediately rectify
According Di Marzio surprisingly Milan has passed all for D'Ambrosio and now it is the closest club to sign him
While , again according to Di Marzio, Chelsea and Inter have reached the agreement for Guarin.
therefore--
January 2012: Thiago Motta
January 2013 : Sneijder, Coutinho
January 2014 : Guarin
Supermarket Inter

Chelsea are also after Matic, I doubt we will sign both due to Matic's high cost, I feel Guarin will be a back up option and only sign if Matic doesn't.

With 15 million,Inter can close for Lavezzi
According to Corriere dello Sport, Ezequiel Lavezzi is the number one choice of Inter.
“Inter asked for information about a month ago but have not taken concrete steps. PSG do not want to let him go on loan but if Thohir decided to invest the money from selling Guarin, say about 15 million euros, white smoke can be achieved.”

I saw that
If we intend to get anywhere near that 3rd place we must at least sign a wingback,a DM and a striker.

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
Danilo D'Ambrosio,a low cost option
How will Inter reinvest the money from selling Guarin? According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Branca and Ausilio are monitoring the players that Inter can get for the winger position as well as in the midfield.
“Mazzarri also needs a central midfielder, but it seems that the blitz to get Fernando (renewing with Porto?) has gone bad. Keep an eye on Danilo D’Ambrosio on which there is strong interest: expiring in 2014, the 25 year-old Torino player could go to Inter for a small fee of about 3 million euros.
Source - http://fedenerazzurra.com/2013/12/17/gds-danilo-dambrosio-a-low-cost-option/
Agreement with D'Ambrosio's agent
Pereira is also likely to leave Inter and with his departure, the Nerazzurri would need a replacement and Danilo D’Ambrosio has the ideal characteristics. Roma have taken a step back while there are strong rumors of an agreement reached between Inter (three-year deal, 1.3 million plus bonuses per) and the player’s agent.

Nainggolan or Parolo to replace Guarin
With the sale of Fredy Guarin and the inevitable departure of Kuzmanovic, Inter are forced to make at least one signing for the midfield so that Alvarez can play up front more.
“The most common name is Nainggolan even if Juventus are ahead in negotiations with Cagliari. Also keep an eye on Parolo, with Parma, Inter have a good relationship (last deal between these two clubs was Belfodil and Cassano) and the president Ghirardi already admitted that keeping the midfielder against a good offer will not be easy.”

Inter on young Argentinian talent
Lucas Melano is emerging as one of the most promising talents in Argentinian football. Born as a forward but he is able to move easily between the midfield and attacking lines, the 20 year-old, according to A Bola, is being linked to many clubs including Inter who could come forward with an offer shortly. The player is valued at 1.5 million euros but has a contract with Lanus until 2017.

D' Ambrosio will be a AC Milan player , I trust only Di Marzio
Parolo also probably , for Di Marzio Milan wants him and probably it s better so ... good player but he can't substitute Guarin
According Sky Italia we are interested to Adam Maher and Fabian Schar

Inter ready to beat Juventus for Nainggolan
Inter, once Guarin is officially sold, will make an attack on Radja Nainggolan of Cagliari. According to Sport Mediaset, the Nerazzurri are ready to beat the competition, especially from Juventus, to sign the Belgian midfielder. It will be difficult given that the Bianconeri have already found a verbal agreement with the Rossoblu.

Schar would love to play for Inter
Speaking exclusively to FC Inter News, agent of Fabian Schar answers a few questions related to his client’s future.
Ausilio (Inter director) saw him against Schalke, what do you think?
“I do not know anything about it honestly, there have been no contact with Inter so far.”
Is he happy with the interest from Inter?
“Inter are a big club with great history. Any player would be happy to play there. However, as of today, I have had more contacts with English and Germain clubs, not with Serie A.”

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
I would personally have no problem with letting go Guarin for Nainggolan.
He's an extremely dynamic midfielder, great at defensive tasks and offers a lot in other departments.A Gattusso with more brain and technique, plays with such determination.I've also seen him score a couple of long rangers.

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
if we are spending high on a striker, i would prefer dzeko over lavezzi, we need a striker to sit in the penalty area and grab goals, palacio like to be a second striker.
a midfielder is a must with guarin leaving, and naingollan can offer good help for cambiasso
we need a left or right back
we urgently need a CB to replace bleep ranochia, although im starting to like rolando, but the young ZOUMA would make me very happy

PSG close to signing Mata.Green light for Inter to get Lavezzi?
As pointed out by L’Equipe, Juan Mata is a true objective of Laurent Blanc. The Spaniard is near a farewell to the Premier League and PSG are following the player very closely. This possible signing of Mata would result in less and less minutes for Lucas, Pastore and of course Lavezzi. Inter continue to monitor the situation.

Lazio might sell Hernanes in January
Hernanes and Lazio are negotiating contract extension but so far not very good. The Brazilian wants 2.5 million a season while the club is offering only 1.9. It is not ruled out that, in case of an offer, the player can leave Lazio already in January. After the disappointing first part of the season, Lotito may accept offers because he does not want to risk losing the player on a free transfer.
Source - http://fedenerazzurra.com/2013/12/21/lazio-might-sell-hernanes-in-january/
Thohir met with Hernanes' agent
Forget Nainggolan and Fernando, maybe it is Hernanes the player to replace Fredy Guarin. According to Calciomercato, when Thohir was in Rome, he and Joseph Lee (Hernanes’s agent) could have met. With Guarin leaving in January and possibly to Chelsea, Inter need an adequate replacement and surely Lazio midfielder would fit the characteristics needed by Walter Mazzarri.

Here are the possible names for Inter
“In addition to confirmed interest for Xhaka (more likely in June), Nainggolan and D’Ambrosio (Branca has long been expressing interest to Cairo) on whom, there is also Milan to form a Milan derby off the field. In England, there are also John Guidetti of Manchester City. The Swedish-Italian national is being used very little at the club and might be on the move. The names of Marquinho, Lavezzi, Lucas and Menez remain alive but after another transfer market meeting, the philosophy stays as is which is: in order to buy, we need to sell.”
That is the scenario described by the Gazzetta dello Sport. Inter are waiting on Chelsea for Guarin while identifying possible signings to replace the Colombian.

Inter interested in Halilovic, but Tottenham is the favorite
Alen Halilovic, born in 1996 and currently playing for Dinamo Zagreb, is very close to join Tottenham Hotspur and many believe that this transfer can realize next summer. Inter are also interested strongly in the Croatian but Tutto Mercato Web believes that the Italian is not willing to participate in a bidding war.

Inter in the lead for Nainggolan
A derby on the transfer market. Inter and Milan are aiming at Radja Nainggolan to improve their midfield. According to Luca Marchetti, “Milan are far behind (Inter). I believe that the relationship between Galliani and Cellino is great but right now between the two Milan sides, Inter are in the lead.”

Sandro happy in London, but never say never
Speaking to Sky Sport, agent of Tottenham midfielder Sandro speaks of the interest coming from Inter and Roma for the 24 year-old Brazilian.
“Right now, he is happy. Sandro has just recovered from injury and is doing well in London. Playing regularly, we know that in Italy, there are several clubs following him but he is doing fine in London. In the future, however, never say never. Sandro will not leave Spurs in January because he is only thinking of continue playing to secure a spot in next year’s World Cup.”
