Here's the delayed team news:

*Both my ankles remain a bit stuff after last nights game if touch, will be fixed at the gym later today
* the cut on my right middle toe is stable after being opened up again stumbling up the stairs on campus this morning
* the Deadlift induced brushing to my lower right shin isn't of any concern
*hunger related concerns have been relieved after a late pre exam lunch

the shin bruising from the deads is a good thing (it means I'm using good form) I've just been really lazy and not bought a pair of track pants to Deadlift in so I don't get the bruises
