Juventus rest Bonucci for Parma

Leonardo Bonucci has been left out of the Juventus squad for the trip to Parma to save him for the Real Madrid encounter.

The stopper has been given an opportunity to catch his breath given that Giorgio Chiellini will be suspended for Tuesday’s Champions League tie.

Bonucci should be replaced in the starting XI at the Tardini on Saturday by summer signing Angelo Ogbonna.

Fabio Quagliarella, meanwhile, is once again at the disposal of boss Antonio Conte after his recent muscle strain.

Stephan Lichtsteiner, Mirko Vucinic and Simone Pepe are still out of action with injury.
