Re: Golazo by Ibra
Thing is I saw that goal and for most players I'd be like "sick goal, that's ridiculous"...but for Ibra it's just another typical goal, I didn't freak out at all.

Re: Golazo by Ibra
Ibra has never relied on speed, so it doesn't surprise he's not in decline yet. As long as he keeps his agility, technique and fitness (and motivation) he'll remain at this level.
And what a unique player he is...

Re: Golazo by Ibra
I wonder if PSG would be the same team without Ibra. With him, they can challenge for CL but without him...
Re: Golazo by Ibra
will still flop in the later stages, like always
he's a great player and one of the best strikers of the last decade though

Re: Golazo by Ibra
Imagine trying to defend him
"The ball is behind him and over his head... with his back to goal. I'm good."
Ibra lifts his leg.
"Holy shit, he's going to decapitate me if I try to clear the ball with my head. No way he scores like this. Let him try it."
Shot goes in.
"At least my head's still attached to my shoulders."

Re: Golazo by Ibra
There you have it. He didn't even think about passing it to another teammate, even though he was in an extremely difficult position to score. Impossible even.
Most strikers have it in them. Their first predatory instinct is to score goals when they are in the opposition's box.
Others choose to pass the ball to Vasquez instead. Great time to be alive as a Madrid fan.
oh and splendid goal by Ibra. But at this point, it's just routine for him.

Re: Golazo by Ibra
i think if you're talking about only acrobatics, zlatan's probably the most acrobatic we've seen. him or hugo sanchez. i'd say probably zlatan over hugo considering i don't think hugo did taekwando kicks.....despite how nice the goal is, i find it hard to ignore the scoreline, but that's just me.

probably
was annoyed at his treatment since he's my all time fav player
before his injury he was one of the best players in the PL, then after the injury (which he came back from fast) he was just discarded
he's still elite

Re: Golazo by Ibra
Ibra is a genius with these....he has some amazing skills, and power, but too bad he has a big weakness - his mobility, which means hes not as good as he can be and be able to lead the best teams in attacks, depending on the style and what partner he has. His past years in the Serie A was so good probably because the style suits him more and he was younger?

Re: Golazo by Ibra
He was amazing dude... plenty fast and definitely more than elite. Ibra is one of the best strikers that ever lived imo and unique.
