Re: Messi or Ronaldinho ?
I understand billion. I never said Ronaldinho is the better player - only that he is better in one or two aspects.

Re: Messi or Ronaldinho ?
When I started this topic,in the old forum during the 09-10 season, it was close. Messi was required to sustain himself for a bit more and run ragged in Big Games. I think it is fair to say, he has more than done both and it is clear to everyone that he has surpassed Dinho after the last season. No question and no discussion about it.

Re: Messi or Ronaldinho ?
After lari's post I would kind of like to put things into perspective.
On what criteria are we comparing the two?
Talent - Remains debatable. To be more precise we subdivide this into various aspects as already done in a few previous posts. In some Messi has the edge, in some Ronaldinho and in some it's really difficult to decide.
Barcelona achievements - Messi ( just as lari elaborated )
Overall achievements - Debatable because Messi needs to do more at an international level

Re: Messi or Ronaldinho ?
messi has a low center of gravity, its much easier for him to dribble like that. plus he does do skill movesLionel Messi wrote:What's the point of these 'tricks'? To get past your opponent, Messi cuts the bullsh*t and just gets past them with his amazing agility and acceleration and his ability to change direction so quickly, watch him in slow motion, it's crazy.Messi wrote:I think ronaldiniho was better than messi. He can do so many tricks. Some say we won't even see most of his tricks.
