Gil, didn't Mou go unbeaten at home in England but lost it in la liga? It has nothing to do with La liga, the Nou camp, when Barcelona have their best xi are almost unbeatable...

Going a year without losing is vastly different from not dropping a point for a year... the later is much, much more impressive to me.

Bayern would still spank them with their best XI. I think Dortmund would too. But the home record is pretty impressive. I don't expect Madrid to even score a goal there.

Very impressive
@people saying Bayern would beat them at home, the only time they've played them is in knock out stages, where NO points are handed out.

It's impressive, however obviously the quality of the league does determine whether such a record can be achieved. I know it's easy to say 'Real Madrid have lost at home etc', however the team is still adapting to Ancelotti's style.
Once the chemistry is better, it's not too hard winning against La Liga sides.

its not that much of an achievement, when you look at most of the dross they face from la liga
Arsenal went on a long unbeaten run back in 2003 which is more impressive.

Re: Barca have gone a whole year without dropping a point at the Camp Nou
They would beat us last season, like they did. But this season I aint that sure(especially dortmund who already lost to napoli IIRC). Every player in the team has aknowledge that they stopped training tactically when Tito was away because of his tumor, and you could see that it affected the team.McAgger wrote:Bayern would still spank them with their best XI. But now with Tata, barca are looking to expand their way to attack to not be so one-dimension. Against Rayo we won 4-0 eventhough we only had 49% of the possession, our goal against celtic came from a counter-attack etc..
Oh and PL wasnt that much better during Arsenals unbeaten record..

Very impressive although realistically there's only like 1 team that could stop them from taking all 3 points at home and that's A Madrid.

Blatantly obvious attempt at a reverse jinx with Clasico on the horizon btw.
Praising Barca and completely ignoring the possibility that Madrid could beat them..... couldn't be more obvious
