Juve in race for Mata, but look out for Naples and Tottenham
Juventus is in the running for the purchase of Juan Manuel Mata, 25-year-old attacking midfielder for Chelsea and the Spanish national team: according to rumors from England, and given today's edition of the "Daily Express", the Bianconeri would be very interested to Spanish player, little regarded by Jose Mourinho in the London team, but will have to contend with Tottenham and Naples, very fierce rivals for the purchase of the former champion of Valencia. Mata to Chelsea in the summer of 2011, he played 116 games with the London club in league and cup, scoring 31 goals.

The perfect Pirlo replacement is Marco Verratti. He is the next great Italian regista. We need to open the wallet for him next year. Vidal, Pogba, Verratti, Marchisio. Best midfield in the world by a country mile...DeviAngel wrote:I don't know I see Mata as the perfect Pirlo replacement I dunno whyjuve_gigi wrote:Yeah sure that's all we need. Veratti won't leave PSG anytime soon, there are rumros that Marchisio might ask for a transfer in Januaryjuve_gigi wrote:The perfect Pirlo replacement is Marco Verratti. Well that screws up 50% of that world class midfield then.DeviAngel wrote:Veratti won't leave PSG anytime soon, there are rumros that Marchisio might ask for a transfer in Januaryjuve_gigi wrote:The perfect Pirlo replacement is Marco Verratti. If we do sell Marchisio, which is stupid cause I still believe Pogba can be a world class attacking midfielder, then I guess we will have the money to buy Verratti next year. Especially if Pirlo moves on and is not re-signed. Why would Verratti wanna stay in France and not come to Juve?? He bleeds Italian blood and Pirlo is his favourite player.

He's not gonna leave just because of that. He's been a Juventino since birth. Just media hyperbole I suspect. Must be a slow news day...DeviAngel wrote:I LOVE MARCHISIO I don't want him to leave but reports say that if he is not in the first 11 he will leave....

Well at least Lolo will have some friendly and familiar company on the bench. If he hasn't picked up on how to play against Serie A defenders up to this point then most likely he hasn't learned Italian yet either, so at least he will have one person to converse with on the bench.elmystique wrote:llorente 2.0: we'll be discussing how Stubbornte plays Scruboin over Mata if this move even happens
Hey, I just figured out why Lolo isn't playing. It's because he can't speak Italian yet!! Haha, I'm a genius...

I know I was just kidding. It's a joke that goes back to the Elia days as to why he never played...S wrote:Maybe you missed his interviews and press conferences when he first joined us.Even his teammates have commended his Italian speaking ability.juve_gigi wrote:Well at least Lolo will have some friendly and familiar company on the bench. Re: Juve in race for Mata, but look out for Naples and Tottenham
Claudio Marchisio is approaching the return. The young Prince could return to Juventus in the squad for Sunday's game against Verona and is ready to retake the position in the field waiting for the summer transfer market which could see him among the leaders. In the market session just ended, Marchisio has been linked to Claudio Ranieri of Monaco, but according to what he writes Calciomercato.it, it is out of a farewell Juventus midfielder in January. The club has sustained the principality rose with Kondogbia and at the moment it does not need new signings in the middle area of the field. But everything could change in June.S wrote:What reports ?DeviAngel wrote:I LOVE MARCHISIO I don't want him to leave but reports say that if he is not in the first 11 he will leave....

We don't need Mata as Pirlo replacement,he is quality player but just doesn't have space in our team with our current formation. If we want the new Pirlo just bring us Verratti!
