ah I apologize .

I wll see if in Italy will talk about Mandzukic .. anyway he will leave the Bayern surely, I repeat I have doubts because you have already Llorente..though Manduzkic participates more to team play than Llorente ... and Conte wants these sort of forwards. and personally I think Llorente has been more a desire of Marotta  (free agent..) than Conte

Yeah although Llorente is doing a decent job, Mandzukic is like Contes idea of the perfect striker.

It could happen, if it does it'd be in the Summer

Personally I'd take him. He's impressed me plenty of times.

yes I didn't want to understimate the Llorente's job ,. simply Mandzukic is surely better in this .
I think Chellini expecially would be glad about this transfer, he is his nightmare (Italy-Croazia, Juve-Bayern) : D

I don't really expect us to sell Mandzukic, he is an integral part of the team and you never know if Lewandowski will be a great transfer or not, plus earlier this year Mandzukic mentioned his intention of competing for a spot against Lewandowski.

Yohan Modric wrote:Fulham and Cardiff have made an offer for Roma midfielder Bradley, according to Sky Italia.

Would be a great pick up for Fulham (Cardiff is also rumored to be making another offer, I would expect Sunderland to follow suit as well), but to be honest he's way to good for each of those sides.

The key with Bradley is he's the perfect player for a coach because he does what is required of him, and he does it a very high level. Not quite world class yet, but at an exceptionally high level player. This year he has even looked a scoring threat for Roma, but oddly he has been untidy in his finishing after being relegated to a strict DM for so long.

Either way, he will never struggle for playing time as he always seems to be the most consistent player in a side. I really hope Roma hold onto him given that DDR is getting older and he's way to inconsistent of a player for someone with his obvious talents.

Given how well we've played I was always concerned that Roma might get pilfered by bigger clubs given that none of their stars are cup tied. However, Bradley is to talented to be a rotational player and he has the added benefit of opening up the American market to any team with larger aspirations.

Given his previous success in the Bundesliga I'm surprised he hasn't garnered any interest there, but alas he'll likely end up the EPL due to the financial considerations involved.

PSG interested in De Rossi and Pjanic, according to Le Parisien. Those are alternatives to their number one target Cabaye.

I just hear in the sports news at TV that Barcelona seem to be more interested in Thibaut Courtois than in Marc-André ter Stegen right now. They quoted Marca as source.

That would be very fortunate for Borussia M'gladbach, although one is left to wonder whether Jose Mourinho would like to sell a young top GK to his long time bitter rivals.

Valencia interested in Dzeko, according to Marca. They will have €30-40m to spend this winter if their takeover is successful.

Rwo, in your expert opinion; if you were Barca, which keeper would your prefer and why out of Courtois and ter Stegen?

I guess for Barca, Thibaut Courtois would be the better option in the short time as he already knows the league and should speak Spanish fluently, as is always a very necessary asset for a GK to be able to communicate with his defense line. Marc-André ter Stegen is rumoured to study Spanish, but I'm pretty sure he would take some time to speak it properly and feel comfortable in Barcelona (he's only 21 and so far spent all of his time at BMG).

As for GK ability, I don't think Barca can do wrong with either. They are both young and very talented modern GKs. Courtois is a bit more experienced internationally, but I don't think you can say one is really better than the other, so the decisive points would be transfer fee, wages and for the start the language, although until Summer ter Stegen likely would be able learn it sufficiently.

Interesting. Allot of people on the Barca section don't like Courtois for Barca but I think he would be solid and is really good for hsi age. He is only going to improve. So I was basically wondering if one of them was superior to the other. Also, a Barca keeper must work well under pressure and be able to handle the ball with his feet, and the only time I saw ter Stegen was when he was rusehed vs teh USA and gave up a goal. Which is not a good sign. Even though I do understand it was just a friendly

Well, Marc-André ter Stegen is a pretty good keeper and good with his feet, too. His performance during the USA tour of the NT was not really representative of what he can do. MAtS was thrown into the BMG first team when he had just turned 18 and he was a major reason that the club wasn't relegated in that season.

Here are some stats that I posted that time about him: http://www.goallegacy.net/t304p54-german-goalkeeper-appreciation-thread#462089

As much of a ribbing as Ter Stegen got for that loss to the US, I'm pretty sure no one holds it against him. Extremely talented keeper imo. A win against Germany's C-team is nowhere near enough to convince otherwise. I would venture to guess that not many German players took that game seriously tbh.

I'm sure like 90% of football players on this planet are open to a Barca switch. That don't mean it's going to happen lol
