He ain't wrong. As great as Marcos was that first season. Benatia has certainly been an upgrade.

Though somtimes I do wish we had kept Marcos now....defense would be even more beastly than it already has been this season though it would've hurt the development of Castan into the underrated player he is today

Marquinhos is 19 ffs and looked very good when Silva was injured for about 6 weeks. He's having a hard time with playing once every 2 weeks... he's lost his rhythm. His skill on the ball is fantastic. Just needs regular playing time to get his defensive timing back

Momo is lightning fast, but he has one big problem: finishing. That sounds precisely like what I've heard elsewhere. He's usually made out to be a very talented player, but simply isn't the finished article yet. If this is true, it fits with the type of player we seem to target under Rodgers. If he has the potential that many are claiming, £12.5 mil could be very shrewd business.

You could make the claim that Salah (from his description, as I haven't been able to see him play this season) is not the experienced, finished-product that many believe LFC needs to sign in January. However, I would remind everyone that similar statements were made about Sturridge and Coutinho. I'm certainly not claiming that he's nailed on to be as good as those two. I'm merely saying that we shouldn't write off this transfer before it even occurs.

One that nobody is mentioning is Cabaye to PSG... he's CL eligible too. You know that Ashley won't refuse if PSG offer 25 mil.

With Pastore, Lavezzi and Menez likely gone in the winter, i can see PSG signing 2-3 players..

of course I have never seen matches of Turkey league but I know that this year he is playing well, the best in galatasaray (more than Drogba or Ylmaz ) , and infact when he was injured Galatasaray has lost at Copenaghen and it has lost points in league (where he was scoring goal and assists ) ...for them it is fundamental . I was following them "from afar" because they would have played soon against juve.
This is the only thing I can say, I do not know more

he was close to Manchester United in 2011, it would have been better for all, for Inter who would have earned more money , for Sneijder's career and for United....

what he expected from the league turkish otherwise? He went to Galatasaray because it was the only club that could satisfy his high salary and he put the money in the first place ( Inter renewed the contract with pay increase after the Champions League 2010. ..it was a mistake but in that moment he was the best in his role... ) , he could think about it before
