we look carefully to the capital gains more than to the field ... and if we get a good offer for a player we sell him .. on January 2011 we sold Thiago Motta who was our best midifielder at the time ... in January 2012 we sold Sneijder and Coutinho who could be useful (and infact it would have been it ) ... now Guarin

We're broke, and we're already 11m in the red when it comes to FFP, so until the new owners can find new ways to generate revenue we have to sell before we buy. Right now we have too many holes in the squad to fill and non of them are in the midfield, so it makes sense to sell Guarin and invest in other areas of the field.
