Raboit would just be a fancy way of paying us the other 30M in several years time, which is no good for us now. And Menez could easily come to us for free in 6 months no strings attatched.

Menez would not come for free... he's getting sold to someone in Jan.  If it's not part of a deal, there are already 10 mil offers on the table by 2 EPL teams according to reports.  PSG will pull the trigger on something for him in Jan.

He wants to play somewhere with the dream of maybe making France NT for Brazil WC.

Depends on a few things really.

If we even want him
Which teams are in for him
What Menez wants himself

I'm guessing it's pretty mediocre PL teams, and he's already familiar with Serie A. So if we genuinely want him we could probably convince him quite easily.


That PSG offer just isn't going to cut it, we don't need Raboit and Menez holds no value with his contract expiring. So basically it's just 30M + a near free agent + 30M in a few years.

Considering they can afford to spend almost anything, they're not going to convince us to part with Pogba of all people for a broken deal.

Menez wants to try and make the France WC squad, which is the point here... he is going to go anywhere decent where he can play come January. Otherwise, PSG wanted to keep him for depth.

Same issue with Lavezzi if they buy someone... he wants immediate playing time.

I actually don't want PSG to buy Pogba if it cost them Rabiot... that's how highly i rate him. I'd prefer they not do the deal.

Eurosport in France is pretty  good... it's different in every country.  Besides, RMC have backed the report up and put out an article in the past week that contradicts everything that's being reported in Italy (sources for them being people in Pogba's camp likely Raiola given the reporters on RMC).  I'm just tired of Juve fans going crazy so i stopped posting the stories lol.

And, yes, Menez is valuable enough for a team fighting in the EPL to pay...  none of the spots, CL or Europa, are easy to win.  So being able to buy someone of Menez' talent for 10 mil to help is a smart move for them.

Pirlo’s deal will expire in the summer, while the French youngster is set to be rewarded for his rise in the game with improved terms.

Yeah... just like Marotta's comments on Higuain in the summer  Everyone knows how Italians work.  They are the kings of riding the emotion of the moment to please the crowd.  Marotta HOPES that Pirlo and Pogba deals will get done... but that means very little.  Pogba wants money and a lot of it.  There's a price and Juve have to pay up.  If they do, he might stay.  If they don't, he will go.

Yeah... like i said S, if Juve offer him 4+ mil a season (price is going up btw since someone if offering him 8 mil ffs apparently) then he would stay at Juve.  I think he genuinely loves Juventus... but he loves money more as long as he gets to play for a top club.  You can't blame him.  This would be his first huge contract and would set him up for life regardless of what happens...

It'll be a cash only deal. That I am certain about, 15m pounds plus bonus' most likely. Unless we send out Essien or KDB in the deal, both of which are unlikely, it'll be cash only.

Mata is underrated in Italy and so the journalists have invented this conjecture, imo.they can not have a value similar
