We play 3 CMs every single game and we only have 4 real options atm, now that Pirlo's injured we are effectively 1 injury/suspension away from being f*cked.

Marrone and Giac are gone so our possible midfield depth consists of Padoin (lol) or Asamoah (PDC starting, No )

it is so for every club , situation enough normal , I would not call it emergency...

It's simple really, we're competing on 3 different levels. League, cup and CL

We lost 2 capable midfield depth options without replacing either of them

One of our first team midfielders is coming towards the end of his career. It's not an emergency yet, it very well could be in the near future.

Marchisio on bench is a  thing who makes strange because he would play in all other Serie A clubs... and for Naingolaan the same holds true ( Almost) .. Naingolaan as 5th midfielder in team would be "exagerrated" but anyway ... said that ... it would be good for you, less for Serie A competition

Dont know if you're trying to to create a conspiracy out of nothing but Cellino just last week stated that Marotta has asked for Nainggolan since two years.So clearly we've been on his trail for quite some time.
And its not like Roma offered insane money for him to persuade Cellino to sell his player.They offered a co-ownership deal but Cellino had his own targets for the club like keeping the team safe from relegation which is why he has been reluctant to sell his best players till now and Nainggolan himself must be pushing for a move to a top club now that he has served for Cagliari for quite some time which is all natural anyway.
And the deal if it goes through would be similar to a Matri type deal like we did in 2011.A costly loan(2-3m) with an obligation to buy for a hefty sum(18-20m).They're just not going to offer us Nainggolan just like that ,they'd make sure that we get milked in the end and it'll end up being a win-win situation for them.
Anyways i dont trust Gazzetta's reports,still believe this news is too good to be true.Its just Di Marzio or nothing for me.Only then i will become a believer.
