Not really that knowledgeable on Benfica's dealings.

But i doubt they are stupid.... he's a very good DM from what i saw in our EL Quarter final last season but other than maybe Busquets and De Rossi no DM is getting that sort of offer lol.

Well if you take neighboring country literally (or the whole rumor for that matter) then that leaves Portugal and France. Therefore I can confirm Lionel Messi will join PSG after WC 2014 with an outside chance of Monaco.
