4-3-1-2 is going to be a disaster

Why is berlusconi so obsessed with this formation? We don't have the players for it and it leaves us vulnerable while defending. What happened to the plans last year of 4-3-3 in all our youth teams?

The lack of plan from the management is PATHETIC. Why sell boateng before we have a replacement? We are in serious trouble right now. I doubt kaka is going to join. We are going to be left with a team that can neither play the 433 or 4312.

Not to mention all the deals we passed up this summer. Particularly Eriksen. It's sickening.

Now we are going to play Montolivo as TQ when he clearly sucks there. Why? So we can please Silvio? He needs to GTFO of football related matters. This is so pathetic.

If we can get Kaka or any other player to fill the CAM spot, I think it will work better. I don't like the 4-3-3 since Balotelli and El Shaarawy are too isolated from each other.

wasn't much of a disaster but we've been creating better plays in the 4-3-3...Maybe we need to work on this more

Since Kaka is back, I think we should move forward with this formation.

Agreed. Also, I think SES will explode as a SS. He doesn't really strike me as a winger.
