No point sending you the PM as I am pretty sure it won't be allowed so you don't need to check

Re: True Detective || HBO
GTFI you see plenty more of Alexandra Daddario than the gif
Again the acting was top notch from everyone like episode one. But in the whole the episode was very slow and left me a little underwhelmed. Although there were some fantastic scenes and the dialogue was GOAT. More character development which was nice but they are struggling badly with the case. The scene at the end I think kind of points towards the satanic cult they were talking about in the pilot.

Re: True Detective || HBO
It moves at a snails pace by all accounts from the press, which is kind of not optimal when it's an 8 episode series.
I'm still loving it.
Still going with the governor or someone close to him being involved, they way they're pressing for their hand picked task force to go over the case notes and muscle in on the case.

Good episode. The acting is even better here. I don't mind the slow pace at all.

I don't mind the slow pace either.
That girl omg, she's gorgeous.
Anyway, no need to say it was great acting again. I'm sure we'll see it through out the season.

this show is GOAT
music = GOAT
cinematography = GOAT
acting = GOAT
The creator said he's open to using the same characters in later seasons provided the actors areinterested, said he could write about cohle forever.

Fantastic last 2 episodes. Really amazing stuff. Rust Cohle is incredible, both the actor and the role. Easily one of the best characters on TV.

Re: True Detective || HBO
So finally watched episode 3.
HOLY SHIT. What an episode. The ending had my blood boiling. This has to be the slowest moving GOAT show ever. Seriously I can watch Rust and Marti for 5 hours straight just driving across New Orleans in a car and still be amazed at how goat the show is.
Really loved Marti's character development. He's going into a tunnel with no light at the end of it. That's twice in the last episodes that Marti has face up to Rust regarding his wife. Once in the locker room an now the lawn mower incident.
Rustin Cohle is fricking killin every goddam scene. Nothing else to say ffs. I can see an Emmy easily for McConaughey.
I think McConaughey might become one of the very few to win an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) throughout their careers.

Re: True Detective || HBO
OK it's discussion time.
It looks like they tracked down the killer? Do you think that guy is relly the killer? It will seem a huge coincidence if he does not turn out to be the killer. Does anyone think that the guy mowing the lawn in the school might be the killer lol? idk why that hit me.

Nah. I think they'll kill that guy in the shootout they keep referring to and assume it's him because it adds up, but it won't end up being him. He'll probably be the guy who the church women were saying was with with the murdered chick though, since they said he had a bunch of scarring around his neck/face which probably came from working with meth.
I can't help but think that Eli from Boardwalk Empire will appear in later episodes (the preacher they questioned) he's too big an actor to have a 5 minute cameo.
Also, the lawnmower guy

What a TV show. Another HBO classic.
I'm not a fan of slow paced TV Shows but this one is just interesting. i can hear Rust and Martin talk to each other all day.

Paul Heyman @HeymanHustle 11h.
The deeper you get into @HBO's TRUE DETECTIVE, the more bizarre it gets. Like a David Lynch serial!
