Where are all those people now who laughed when FFP was mentioned as an argument in discussion lol
They should investigate other teams aswell, not only Q$G.

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
We are under FFP also next year ( it SHOULD be the last year ) and it means we have some limits for CL lists.
I hope we will be able to insert a decent squad. Being back on CL after 7 years and we can't insert what we want. It is because I rate the FFP as the worst thing ever

Never understood why there ppl to think that I was complaining about nothing. It is because if you aren't under FFP, you can't realize how much is absurd as rule.
On the other hand Platini didn't make a good end..
for example it's became impossible to sign Malcom for us now (
Malcom costs 40 , but you can insert him on your CL list just if you get rid of players had on EL list '17 for same price.
Moreover price are changed in these 2 years, they are so increased so it can never make sense .
Cancelo is gone also for this reason , you are going to play CL but you can't insert on CL list . Unreal
in last EL campaign we couldn't insert Jovetic, Kondogbia, Gabigol... honeslty not have chances to insert new players for CL campaign is even worse.
it is our last year under Settlement agreement so we are going to finish this crap at least, but it is going to begin for Milan and Milan fans will realize what I've said during these years. Good luck

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
I know FFP, it nit us a lot of times, remember that summer with Acerbi, Constant and Traore? that was because FFP, we had 66m loss that year i believe. We sold Ibra and Silva because of FFP, we couldn't sign Aquilani because of FFP. FFP has been hitting us for the past six years, and now, after we finally said f*ck it and spent last summer, we are going to face the full weight of FFP with exclusion from EL

Roma are free of FFP now. Big advantage. They can secure next year's CL spot with the right moves.

So, the Milan clubs have both been out of the CL for several seasons which is the greatest source of income for Italian clubs. Neither own their own stadiums, which hampers their revenue further. Their brands, sponsors, everything has taken a hit. The plight is furthered by a series of poor transfers, poor managerial appointments and just mismanagement from top to bottom.
Juventus also came in and Michael Corleone'd everyone

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
I can't speak for the other italian clubs but Inter was in a bad financial position when Moratti sold the club to a peasant named Thohir. The club was already in violation of the FFP rules and the new owner had to come to a settlement agreement with Uefa in the 2015/16 season. That agreement was for the 16/17, 17/18 and 18/19 season. Because of the dire situation we were in, we couldn't register new players for the last EL we were in. Inter have been braking even for the last two seasons and even climbing the money league from 19th to 15th because of the new chinese owners Suning. They have been signing commercial deals in China making Inter's commercial revenue the highest in Italian football, and that's without CL money.
I'm not worried in the slighest. Once we exit our agreement next year Inter will be back for good. I know there are Inter fans not happy with Suning, but without them we would have been on a dark path with no light in sight.

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
Yes the situation should be definitely done after this season and being free from FFP after 3 long seasons will be as winning something.
But anyway we must still get that break -
even within 30th June, around 45 mln of capital gains..... we are going to sell our Youth players, hoping it is enough.
The Chinese burecracy is the real problem for us though, it makes difficult to sign players and Sabatini complained about it too and in fact he resigned

TAS clears PSG from FFP. They have the green light now.
Given the Accor deal last month (50+ mil per season for jersey sponsorship; top 5 deal in Europe)... they have their commercial validation now so no subjective haircuts are possible going forward.

This is unrelated to their spending when they signed Mbappe and Nerman so no, they don't have the green light now

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
The Accor deal makes any statement that PSG is overinflating sponsorship deals moot or untenable. UEFA lost the premised behind its investigations into PSG.
That's the biggest part of all this. When you sign an independent major sponsorship deal that's top 4 in money in Europe... well you've immediately justified all other sponsorship deals in that range regardless of origin.
Wonder what Qatar gave Accor under the table to push that one through.

Re: UEFA Financial Fair Play
A deal now for a team that includes Neymar and Mbappe who regularly make it into the more serious parts of the UCL is different to deals in the past for a team with the ambitions to have those players and make that progress. So at the time, those inflated deals had no justification and rightly should be downplayed. At best, this deal affects current and future credibility.
