Barca's 10 Most Memorable Goals Since 2000

Hey fellas, haven't been around much. Very little to talk about in my view...

Anyway, been working on this little piece. Enjoyable, but hard work compiling. Hope you enjoy.

Wondering what other goals you guys might include instead?

I had a tough time cutting out: Pique (6-2), Villa (5-0), Villa (UCL Final 2011), Messi (UCL Final 2009) and the Ronnie bicycle.

Although I wouldn't have put Overmars and Dinho vs. Chelsea goal and definitely included Eto'o vs. Arsenal in 2006 (IMO it was this goal that won us the final, it was done after the tie, and it wasn't a luck goal like belletti's shot, that was going outside!), and possibly some goal in the 2-6!

On a personal level, I would have put the Rivaldo bicycle as first or second but t'was a fine list. The Messi goal against Real Madrid (2011) was probably the finest goal he scored against us honestly, even better than the free kick from last year...

cat's comments also I largely agree with. A goal from the final of 2011 and a goal from the 2-6 triumph should perhaps be there because they are two of our most significant four victories of the Pep era. Maybe even Pedro's last minute equalizer against Estudiantes because even though the Club World Cup may be a minor tournament without that we wouldn't have won the hextuple.

Actually memorable can be interpreted in two ways - beautiful and significant. I guess the latter would be considered more important here. Ronaldinho against Chelsea and Messi against Getafe are probably the two most beautiful goals but not that significant because the team achieved nothing with them.

Xavi and Eto'o's were really bizarre choices when Villa's 2nd and Messi's header were like 10 times more memorable.

Of course you feel the need to include every player, but still.

The Dinho vs Chelsea and the Rivaldo bycicle kick are some of my favs of all time

Honestly Iniesta's goal should probaby take all the 10 spots  
but some of my favourites that didn't make it are Jeffren's 5th against madrid(since it completed the manita),messi's chested goal against Estudiantes in the CWC final,Henry's 1st in the 6-2 win against madrid and Villa 3rd in the 2011 Final.

I know its not a goal but Mascherano's last ditch tackle on Bendtner in the 2011 game against Arsenal is one of my most memorable barca moments

- Belletti vs Arsenal (UCL 2006 winner)
- Iniesta vs Chelsea (UCL 2009 semifinal winner)
- Pedro vs Estueuhskjanlndaf (Key to sextuple, goal in the 90th minute to send us to extra-time).
- Eto'o goal vs Levante in 2005 (Liga winner, 1st Barca trophy in the 21st century).
- Messi vs Getafe 2007 at camp nou and vs RM 2011 UCL at bernabeu (Two of the best goals ever, quality wise)
- Rivaldo's double kick vs valencia
- Ronaldinho's brace vs RM at bernabeu in 2005/06.
- Villa vs Man Utd (UCL 2011 Final)

Also Ronaldinho's freekick vs Bremen was quality!
