Lets not forget Ibra is on like £300k p/w and Cavani will be around something similar.

Yeah right...  There are 4 elite CFs out there really:  RVP, Falcao, Ibra and Cavani.  That's it.  The rest are pretty big step below.  

RVP went for 30 mil or so because he was 29.

Ibra went for 35ish because he was 30.

Falcao is in his early prime and went for 60

Cavani is in his early prime and is going for 64

That's just how the pricing goes.  Bale isn't going for anything less than 60 either.  Same with Suarez at 50. If Rooney were to transfer, he would take a huge fee too.

Of course, if you're Chelsea, you pay 50 mil for Torres or if you're Liverpool, 36 mil for Carroll
