Napoli are gonna have an interesting project with Mertens coming in, now trying to persuade Gonalons. With Benitez as their coach, i think they can be a force to be reckoned with and im not just talking about Serie A. Just need to find a good replacement for Campagnaro and a few tweaks here and there and they're gonna be an amazing team. I hope Insigne gels in well and struts his stuff next season too

as serious as only a rumour can be. I'd first wait to hear what Ancelotti has to say about Kaka. He may want to keep him. One thing is for sure , Milan won't swap El Shaarawy , not for Kaka , not for any player. With that being said , it's not to say the club won't sell at any cost , because if Real actualy want Ses they can pay for him and Galliani will definitely concider it . Can't tell the outcome , but he recently declared that SES is on the market , regardless of the club's intentions.

It's difficult to make sense sometimes. He also said that Kaka can't come because it would prove too expensive , yet the price will be cheaper than ever this summer . I think the case about Kaka-Ses is just a rumour , though there might actualy be something around it.. i'd almost exclude the swap deal , though. It must be something outrageously towards Milan's benefit for fester to agree to it.

I doubt it'll happen, considering its GdS, and Kaka to Milan rumors never seem to come to fruition

Reports coming out in Italy claim Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta has flown to England to open talks with Manchester City about a deal for Carlos Tevez. Juventus are reportedly set to offer a sum of €12 million (£10million), while City are holding out for €15 million (£12.7million). Tevez, who is entering the final year of his contract at City, is thought to have been offered a three-year deal to make the move to Turin.

It appears that Torino and Juventus will likely complete a deal in the coming days that sees Angelo Ogbonna make the brave step of a move across the city.

He has been with the Granata since his days in the youth sides and such a deal would be greeted with great anger by the claret half of Turin but it appears it is now one that is inevitable.

According to city newspaper Tuttosport, before leaving for Manchester to discuss a deal for Carlos Tevez, Beppe Marotta has also arranged a meeting with Torino president Urbano Cairo.

The player himself is understood to be waiting only for the clubs to agree a fee for him as he has apparently already said yes to a €1.8m per season five year contract with the Old Lady, more than double what he earns at the Olimpico.

New Napoli coach Rafael Benitez wants to bring Real Madrid winger Jose Callejon to the San Paolo.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Benitez hopes to lure the 26-year-old to the club with a promise of regular first team football.

It has also been stated that any deal for Callejon will be carried out independently and won’t be part of any deal for Edinson Cavani.

Shakhtar Donetsk have entered the race for Atlético Mineiro attacking midfielder Bernard according to reports in Brazil.

UOL claims that a €22 million bid has been lodged by the Ukrainian club for the services of the midfielder.

Bernard has been a target for Andre Villas-Boas and Tottenham this summer along with fellow Brazilians Paulinho and Leandro Damião.

The bid is believed to be the highest received by Atlético so far and UOL claims the club are considering it carefully.

It has been reported before that Atlético demanded a total of €25m for the player but a compromise could be reached.

Roman club Lazio have targeted Paraguayan forward Lucas Barrios to bolster the forward line next season.

The 28-year-old Paraguay international, who is currently under contract with Guangzhou Evergrande, seems likely to quit the Chinese club this summer and appears to be ready for a career in the peninsula.

“He is ready to play in the Serie A,” said the forward’s Italian agent Andrea Boscolo while talking to Il Corriere della Sera.

Valdes is confirmed as on his way out of Barca by the end of his contract, although it is looking increasingly unlikely that he will be sold this summer.

Even so, he is listed by the Corriere dello Sport as on Roma’s three-man shortlist for a new goalkeeper, alongside Valencia’s Alves.

Reportedly earmarked by Los Che as a saleable asset, Alves is seen as on his way out of Mestalla this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain also thought previous to be considering a move for the Brazilian.

A third option that Roma are understood to be considering alongside the Spanish-based pair is Julio Cesar.

Would take Cesar over both Alves and Valdes all day. The Stek debacle showed that we need Serie A experienced keepers between the sticks and they just don't have it.

I think what the stek experience showed is the folly of having a mentally weak keeper with an unstable defense, and in mental toughness valdes reigns supreme. Any of the 3 would be good for Roma though.
