Apple just ruined iOS

I got a ipsw of iOS 6.1.4 in case, and I've already gone through and reverted back at first to make sure it worked now I'm running on iOS 7.

hey let me know if facetime is working for you on ios7, thats the only thing that bugging me, I type in my apple id and it says activating, but then pops up and says failed to activate, so I'm thinking its a bug that will be fixed once the final version comes out, but I want to see if over beta users are having the same problem?

On my settings, FaceTime is activated and set to send and recieve at my number.


I gave it a test run with my sister and it worked perfectly.

Did you restore (from the ios7 ipsw) or update from it?

Well on iOS 6 it was working perfectly with my number but on 7 it's not

I just reverted back to iOS 6, a lot of things kept crashing on me on 7 (the final release will no doubt be very stable and beautiful). Anyways I want to point out that reverting back to iOS 6 is a piece of cake, just back up your stuff onto iCloud and put your iPhone into DFU mode and like someone already mentioned before, it will do a complete factory reset that will install the current 6.1.4, and put back your stuff from iCloud. I want to point out that the people on the Apple.com forums are assholes and just belittle you by saying "your an idiot, there is no way to revert back to iOS 6 once you went up to iOS 7, any website saying otherwise is wrong" LMAO f*ckers!

Believe it or not. I've actually had maybe 1-2 glitches that were purely visual. Sometimes text would over lap when scrolling between menus. Nothing closing the app wouldn't fix.

I'm still using it perfectly as if it were the final thing. And it's great thus far.
iTunes Radio is pretty legit and im currently downloading apps and testing to see which are working and which don't

im a registered developer now hahaha, even tho I don't know crap about it, I got it via a friend, I will try again tomr after work but this time doing a complete restore and booting it up with iOS 7. One other thing that bothered me was on the iOS7 when i switched to panorama, it suddenly became really pixelated, and now that I am back to ios6 the panorama isnt pixelated and takes great pics, I wonder what's up with everyone getting different results with the beta, anyway I got a legit ipsw and developer account so ill see how my second try goes.

I don't believe there's a concrete date yet, just  sometime this autumn.

Yea and also when companies say fall release don't expect it until October or November, who knows maybe the 5s will be released in September along with 7

My guess is sometime in September. We will get a concrete date once apple decides to unveil a new phone.

Yeah you would more than likely lose it.

iOS 7 is great even in the beta 3 stage. A few tweaks for the actual release and I'm set

Never heard that expression,but according the article it means jut updating the firmware

iOS 7 is where its at! updated to the ios beta 3, and everything except a few bugs is really great. Love the new design and how the new safari works too. I just downgraded back to ios 6 after a month of using ios & because of stability but cant wait till the official realease date. Apple didnt ruin the ios, plus i dont think 7 is anything like android either, its still apple but better .
