MVG wants playing time and I'm not sure Mou can honestly assure that to him at this stage. Even if he does agree to join Chelsea, he may well be loaned right back to Vitesse.

Yeah, that is probably the main problem.

I'd rather try play KDB or Oscar in the pivot than buy MVG. Unless we intend MVG being a starter.

He'd be one for the future more than anything I'd think so if sending him back on loan either there or elsewhere is what the kid wants (which he's completely right to), then why not do it. Better that than letting him have a 'Lukaku Year' next season.

No one in the PL will want him. And even if they did, they'd possibly be even less able to guarantee playing time than we would.
