are u *bleep* KIDDING meM99 wrote:AC Milan are believed to be looking into the possibility of bringing 31-year-old Roma striker Marco Borriello back to the San Siro.
The Rossoneri are suffering from a shortage of strikers, with Giampaolo Pazzini out until November and Mario Balotelli suffering from a nagging knee injury.
As a result they have turned to Borriello as a short-term solution as they prepare to face PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League preliminary round.
According to Tuttosport, the Diavolo’s chief executive officer Adriano Galliani has lined up the 31-year-old as a last-resort after failing in negotiations for other targets.
Borriello was under contract at the San Siro side from 2002 to 2010 but was loaned out multiple times by Milan in that period.
It is believed that Roma are very eager to listen to any offers for the striker and are willing to let him leave on another season-long loan as he spent the 2012-13 season at Genoa.
The only potential stumbling block in negotiations for Galliani is the player’s reported annual salary of €4 million.
Borriello featured 28 times for Genoa during the 2012-13 Serie A season and scored 12 goals for the Grifone.

Re: Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out
Giocondo Martorelli, agent of Atalanta midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura, has ruled out a move to AC Milan this summer.
The 23-year-old has been linked to both the Rossoneri and Juventus this summer, but his agent insists that everything is great at his current club.
Martorelli spoke to IlSussidiario.net about his client’s future and conceded that there haven’t been any talks of a departure from Atalanta.
“There is nothing with Milan,” said the agent.
“These are just rumours that don’t correspond with the truth. No one has contacted me.
“We have made a common choice with Bonaventura, and that is to remain in Bergamo.
“The boy is fine in the Atalanta shirt. Everything is good with the club, coach, and fans.
“Therefore, there is no desire to leave or push for his sale to another club.”
Bonaventura came up through La Dea’s youth system and started his professional career at the club during the 2007-08 season.

Genoa continue to search for a striker and are still courting AC Milan starlet M’Baye Niang, while also considering Henri Saivet of Bordeaux.
Whilst the 22-year-old Ligue 1 attacker has only recently been reported as a Grifone target, the club have been working to secure a deal for Niang for sometime but are having difficulties bringing the 18-year-old to the Luigi Ferraris.
According to reports by Tuttosport the Rossoblu are now hoping that Milan would provide some financial assistance to ensure that the young striker can gain some much needed Serie A experience at Genoa.
However, any generosity from the Rossoneri could lead to influential Genoa midfielder Juraj Kucka moving in the opposite direction after being strongly linked with a move to the seven time European champions.
If a deal can still not be agreed between the two clubs then the Grifone will move for Saivet who scored eight times in 34 league appearances last term and helped Bordeaux win the French Cup.

Turkish side Besiktas reportedly have Milan defender Luca Antonini on their transfer radar.
Antonini’s future is somewhat uncertain given that he has less than a year left on his current deal with the Diavolo.
The 31-year-old is a product of the Rossoneri’s youth system, however, he didn’t get a first team chance until 2008 after spells with eight different clubs.
The left-back has had his injury problems in recent times which have limited him to just 26 League games over the past two campaigns.
Milan could potentially lose the player on a Bosman next summer should he not put pen to paper on an extension before then.

I would point out the obvious, I think we won't sign anyone before we actually qualify to the group stage of the CL, I doubt Galliani will strengthen the squad if all we got to play for is the domestic competitions, and for that our squad should be ok.

Re: Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out
Milan could find their new defender in France after Paris Saint-Germain confirmed Mamadou Sakho wishes to leave.
“It’s true, Sakho wants to find a solution and the club’s position is clear,” said PSG Coach Laurent Blanc.
“Until September 2 his situation will develop and we’ll have time to work out an agreement that suits both parties.”
The French international centre-back is out of contract in June 2014, so would be available for a cut-price deal.
It is also possible Sakho will agree to sign a contract renewal with PSG if he can be sent out on loan this season.
The 23-year-old has slipped further down the pecking order under Blanc and is eager for regular playing time in a World Cup year.
Milan are the favourites, but Fiorentina could also show an interest.

PSG set €10m asking price for Sakho
PSG want a straight transfer fee of €10 million (before bonuses and add-ons) for Mamadou Sakho, who wants to leave the club. AC Milan remain in pole position to sign the defender.

10m is a steal for Sakho. And he fits the mould perfectly. He is young, he is good and he is a CB (our weakest position atm). Please don't disappoint Galliani.M99 wrote:PSG set €10m asking price for Sakho

I just remembered that Sahko was in the Nike ad featuring Balotelli in the barbershop and said "See you on the pitch" as he walked past him.
Dat long term tapping up.
Secret Agent Silva then ostracised him and is funnelling him into the hands of Papa Galliani.

Re: Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out
Adriano Galliani has stated there will be no more signings at AC Milan this summer - bringing an end to their chase for CSKA Moscow forward Keisuke Honda.
After chasing the Japan international for much of the summer, Galliani recently insisted the deal had been put on hold after the two clubs failed to reach an agreement and any prospect of a transfer prior to his contract expiring in December now appears to be dead in the water.
The Rossoneri, however, have secured the services of Cristian Zapata, Riccardo Saponara, Andrea Poli and Jherson Vergara during the summer window.
And Galliani is satisfied with the club's transfer business and believes they have enough quality to build on their third placed finish last seaosn.
"The transfers which we wanted to take place have happened," the 69-year-old told a press conference.
"There is no news on Honda and [Mamadou] Sakho hasn’t been offered to us. This is an ultra-competitive side, with good players."
Milan are ready to lock horns with PSV Eindhoven in a Champions League play-off match on Tuesday, and the CEO is aware of the importance of the encounter.
"PSV are a noble side who have had players such as Ronaldo and Romario in their ranks," he added
"It is one of the most important play-off games, but let us not overload it.
"These games are vital every year, but it is not the most important one in our history."
Galliani concluded by casting a critical eye on the performance of Italian clubs in European competitions in recent years.
He believes the country's lacklustre appearances in the Champions League and the Europa League could backfire, with Portugal overtaking Italy to claim the fourth place in the Uefa ranking sooner rather than later.
"Italy will soon drop down to fifth place in the Uefa ranking because we're just a step away from being surpassed by Portugal."

First the Sakho rumors, and now this. It's just too good to be true. But there is still that .01% chance that it is actually true, and if it is, then I might die of happiness!Eivindo wrote:I was reading the telegraaf.nl, and the first thing I see in the football category is talk about Milan and Eriksen for 10 million if we beat PSV. AC Milan will continue their search for further reinforcements after their Champions League playoff against Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.
The two clubs are set to face off for a place in the Champions League group stages on Tuesday at the Philips Stadion, with the return leg being played eight days later at Milan’s Stadio San Siro.
Tuttosport reports that after the tie is concluded, the Rossoneri are set to make an assault on the transfer market, with Paris Saint-Germain’s centre-back Mamadou Sakho and Juraj Kucka of Genoa their prime targets.
PSG are reportedly open to letting 23-year-old French international Sakho leave on loan, as head coach Laurent Blanc no longer has space for the defender in his squad.
In midfield, the hot name is that of Rossoblu mediano Kucka, a player that club president Enrico Preziosi is keen to keep hold of, although his relationship with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani could facilitate the Slovakian’s passage to the San Siro.
Meanwhile, on Monday the contract of Torino goalkeeper Ferdinando Coppola will be filed, with the Neapolitan becoming the new third choice ‘keeper at the San Siro.

Re: Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out
Fiorentina starlet Adem Ljajic has a pre-contract agreement with AC Milan according to Spanish newspaper AS, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 21-year-old is still no closer to agreeing an extension with the Viola, after club owner Andrea Della Valle warned him that he must either accept their offer or be placed on the market.
An initial €8m bid from Milan was immediately rejected, with the club hitting out at their rivals by suggesting that their bid was “inopportune”, an accusation which was met by an innocent reaction by Adriano Galliani.
With relations tense between the two clubs, it had been reported that the likes of Atletico and Tottenham would swoop in and take advantage of the situation, with Ljajic available at low cost ahead of signing a new deal.
Fiorentina had been rumoured to be keen on including an “anti-Milan” clause in any new deal, thus opening up the likelihood that Ljajic would move abroad if he chose to leave Florence.
However, the latest reports in the Spanish media would suggest that he is set for a move to Milan next summer, although neither party has yet to confirm the rumour.
Ljajic had been expected to hold talks with the club over the past few weeks in order to reach a conclusion on his future, but with the new season fast approaching it doesn’t appear as though it will be forthcoming any time soon.
As a result, with a lack of a new agreement, Milan will still be hopeful of landing his signature, whether that is for an immediate transfer or for next summer remains to be seen.

Galliani: AC Milan continuing Honda talks
Adriano Galliani - AC MilanAC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has revealed that talks are constantly ongoing with CSKA Moscow over the transfer of Keisuke Honda.
The Japanese international has been linked with a move to the Diavolo throughout the summer and it appears to be more a matter of when it happens rather than if it happens.
While speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, Galliani said “Honda? We are in constant contact with the Russian club.”
He continued to confirm that no deal is done yet, “At the moment there is no news.
“But even if there was I couldn’t tell you because we are bound by secrecy with CSKA.”
It is understood that should Honda fail to join the Rossoneri before the transfer window closes that he will make the move for free in January when his contract at CSKA expires.
