So that their books are balanced for 2013, PSG has set a transfer budget of only €60 million net this summer... if they sell players it would go up. The club has also budgeted an increase of up to €30 mil to its payroll if needed. This according to Le Parisien.

The current payroll is slightly less than €90 mil btw.

Actually Silva said that he took some time to talk to Rooney after the game but was evasive as to what was said... so i think it's more to it than just saying "I'd like Rooney". I think he actually let Rooney know in person.

Not that it's going to happen. Rooney wants to stay in the UK. But will Man U help improve a rival in the EPL? I doubt that also.

Not sure what's going to happen lol.

De Bruyne to stay at Chelsea apparently.

German outlet DerWesten has released an interview with Leverkusen GM Michael Reschke on Saturday saying that De Bruyne is now staying at Chelsea.

Chelsea and Jose Mourinho have held a a meeting where we clearly understand that Kevin [De Bruyne] will return to Chelsea for the new season.

Mourinho no longer wants Chelsea players loaned at other clubs: no club. It’s unfortunately. It is no longer possible for De Bruyne to be coupled into a transfer with Chelsea for Andre Schurrle.

didn't see that anywhere in bild Suspect

. also seems highly unlikely as bayern are in need of one more CB as it is and jerome's second half of the season was pretty good.

in general bild is a good source, they are (allegedly) the most well informed sports paper in germany but like other tabloids they do get ahead of themselves often as well.
