Juventus are set to offer Fiorentina €18m plus Luca Marrone for Stevan Jovetic, according to reports.

The Gazzetta dello Sport have claimed that the Bianconeri will table the bid on Friday, with a hope of luring the Monenegro international to Turin.

The Viola are expected however, to respond with a counter-offer hoping to receive €22m plus Marrone.

Antonio Conte's side have set June 15 as the finishing date for the deal.

Nah he is good player plus he just turned 23 years, In midfield he wasn't showing good games but when he relaxed you could see that he has it in him it was just I dunno .... In defense as Vice- Bonucci he was great... But we are getting 23 yr old WC player in Jovetic so I would trade Marrone esp with Buoy knocking on first team door

First of all, offer them 20M. If they hesitate one bit then just swallow a bit of pride and give them the 22M.


Lord knows how upset we'd all be if we lost out on Jojo for the sake of 4M.

I'm ok with giving up Marrone for a couple of reasons.

First of all, it's part exchange for another young player. So the age problem is nullified. Secondly, we're not only stacked in midfield in terms of our first team, we have countless highly rated young CM's all over Italy at the moment.

Gabbiadini + a bit of money for Ogbonna? Pull the trigger so long as the cash difference is a relatively small one.

2 years ago I played in Viareggio, the biggest youth tournament in Italy, and our last game in our bracket was against Juventus' youth team and Marrone was on it. We lost 5-1 and he scored a couple goals. It was amazing to be on the same field as him. He is a great player with a lot of potential but the position he plays, Juventus has so much depth that it is hard for him to get on the pitch. He will be a great piece to use for cash & player trades
