Mazzari has Inter Deal

Napoli Coach Walter Mazzarri has already signed a contract with Inter, according to the latest reports.

The Partenopei boss will hold a Press conference at midday today UK time in which he is expected to reveal his decision.

He has refused to comment on whether he’ll extend his Napoli contract – which expires next month – or go elsewhere until the season has concluded.

This morning Radio Radio claimed an extraordinary exclusive, suggesting Mazzarri signed a contract with Inter on Friday.

He would bring his full staff with him to San Siro and have control over transfer strategy.

Inter failed to qualify for Europe for the first time in 14 years and need to rebuild over the summer, with or without current Coach Andrea Stramaccioni.

Mazzarri had also been linked with Roma, but reports suggest that job is going to Milan’s Massimiliano Allegri.

I think Mazzari might surprise you, though letting Strama take Inter this low would be kind of pointless if not to give him another chance next season with less injuries to worry about.

I don't rate him that high to be honest but we can't just say he's not good given what he did to this Napoli side. Although I think this year they have been lucky seeing as they had absolutely no competition for 2nd place

Saying that, it would be so Morratti to do that... Say one thing and do the complete opposite. I would rather stick with stramaccioni next season

mazzari will bring his 3-man defence formation and start trying it again. we dont have the right players for this formation
it is also difficult to stick with strama, the players seem to have lost confidence in him

The club is in a shit situation because the management is atrocious. People in the club are rewarded based on how long they have been here, not based on merit

Rete Sport claim a series of meetings at Inter HQ mean Andrea Stramaccioni will be fired tonight to make way for Walter Mazzarri.

Director Marco Branca was spotted at the club headquarters in Corso Vittorio Emanuele only a few hours after reports that he was in Rome to meet former Napoli Coach Mazzarri.

Sky Sport Italia say sources point to an imminent announcement that Stramaccioni’s contract has been terminated.

i prefer strama over mancini, he couldnt progress twice to second round of CL with a mega money team, and in fact he didnt build a team in manchester. he had trophies with us since there were no contenders. i think strama is the best choice between those 3 losers

I *bleep* hate some of the things he does tactically and squad wise but he's gonna do the right things for us IMO.I expect him to bring us back near the top,and if he can't make the next step after that we can always sack him.
