JoJo is a forward in the mold of Rooney, Ibra and Lewandowski

He'd look for teammates to set up a goal instead

The plus side is that he has exceptional finishing (Unlike Lewandowski)

During the Prandelli year of Viola, he opted to use him behind the striker

Dont know much about what Arsenal would want, but dont you guys want someone like a poacher (i.e. Gomez) instead of JoJo? cuz he's gonna be really expensive

Just my thoughts, would like to hear more about an Arsenal fan's POV

Jovetic would be Dzeko's replacement in my opinion. Dzeko might be off to Dortmund or something. City do need a forward as mole rightly said

Jovetic should go to Juve. If they are wise they need to spend all they can on WC striker and for me, Jovetic, Suarez, Tevez, Higuain could fit the bill.

I have a soft spot for Lamela though....

Hell....knowing Marotta he'll buy Diamanti and say Italian teams cant buy top striker.....

Jovetic actually isn't an "exceptional" finisher, though, is he? He statistically takes a ton of shots in order to convert his chances. BTW I'm not saying he's bad or overrated, he's actually a personal favorite of mine and I'd love Arsenal to sign him. And I like the fact that he seems to have a lot of goals in his range - long cannon shots as well as scrappy poacher's tap-ins. But I don't think of him as a really clinical finisher.

BTW, I think Benzema would cost a hefty chunk more than Jovetic - especially if reports are accurate about Jovetic probably going for something in the £20-25m range. If either main Madrid forward leaves, whatever club gets the guy is going to be lucky to have him in my opinion.
