Moratti is planning to visit the discount store AKA Barcelona and he has Sanchez in mind. In yet another master stroke, Moratti pulled out of the Sanchez deal 2 years ago in the hopes that he would go in sale and thats exactly what happened. Barca wants Sanchez off their books so a bag of peanuts should be enough to seal the deal. It is also rumored that Moratti is hoping to take two more items off the clearance shelf namely Alex Song and 21-year-old right-back Martin Montoya.

On the other hand, Moratti's hard on for Icardi continious. Rumors suggest that Inter has already sealed the deal for the 19 year old this early so Genoa can plan their summer accordingly.

And since he's an Argentinian, it is rumored Inter are keeping an eye on the Olympique Lyonnais forward Lisandro Lopez. Lopez exploits in Ligue 2 did not go unnoticed as his whooping 8 goals in 21 games earned him a move to the 2010 European Champions. Pundits accross the globe view Lopez as a perfect candidate for Moratti's project as the 30 year old is a step in the right direction for Inter's youth movement.

Another exciting argentinian known as Ruben Botta is being linked with the vecant bench seat that Coutinho left behind. Branca was left with an egg on his face last january when he failed to seal a deal for corinthians midfielder paulinho. The Brazilian midfielder was identified as a perfect fit for the bench spot but his decision to stay in Brazil created all sorts of heating problems for Inter. Botta should be a long term solution for Inter's woes as he sined a 5 year deal worth 1 million a season.

Sell Cou for peanuts because he doesnt fit the system
Change to a system that would fit Cou perfectly
Attempt to sign Alexis Sanchez to fill Cou's role

Hasn't Sanchez been poor too?

Whatever, it won't happen

Just for the record, Cou's exist wasnt Stramma's decision, he actually played him most of the times he wasnt injured (19 appearances in all comps). Branca sold Coutinho because he thought he could use the money to sign Paulinho, but the fool didnt know that Paulinho wasnt planning to move. This is the main reason why Moratti will be reconsidering Branca position this summer.

hah, no, but seriously, Alexis would a real transfer coup! and I'm sorry, but in terms of proven quality, there's no comparing Coutinho to him ... plus, Alexis is a shadow striker / false 9, who can play on either wing due to being ambidextrous; Cou is an AM/converted winger ... that makes Alexis better suited to Stramma's system than Cou ever was (or would be) ...

After their attempt to clone Maicon went horribly wrong, Inter are now looking for a replacement for Jonathan and they are taking a more traditional route to secure a new right back. Reports are linking Inter with Eintracht Frankfurt defender Sebastian Jung. The 22 year old is currently valued around €7m but Inter will be hoping to bring down the price by including 13 of their brightest primavera prospects in the deal.

The mysterious figure pulling the strings for Inter's transfer strategy is currently unknown. As stated before, Moratti is unhappy with the current director Branca, and it seems like inter's latest transfer coup that brought Rocchi to Inter was not enough to save the man's job. One of the possible replacements for Branca's hot seat is Chievo director of sport Giovanni Sartori. Inter's president Moratti has refused to comment on the news but he dropped a big hint. "Chievo is always in Serie A despite of their miserable budget . We can learn a thing or two from them"

Inter signs one for the future

Inter are on the verge of singing Napoli's Hugo Campagnaro in a free transfer. The 32 year old Argentina international was extremely thrilled with the links to Inter "I finally found a place where my crappy Italian doesnt stand in my way, It's like Buenos Aires over there". Inter president Moratti was equally thrilled with the negotiations "he's young wild and free. mostly free but that would do".

Alexis would fit Inter a lot more than Barca IMO.

that is part of the problem its a matter of fitting, he has played better this year but he's not a tiki taka player.

If he joined Inter he would show more of his Udinese form IMO.

A lot depends on the price obviously though, you should totally buy Gabriego Obermars though

Inter want Rémy

Inter are looking for a long term replacement for Milito and they have set their sights on Queens Park Rangers striker Loic Remy. The prolific striker captured the headlines with his 3 goals this season, setting Inter in a spending mode. The former Marseille bench warmer is currently valued around €10m but Inter are hoping to get a price cut once QPR is relegated.

Inter target Robben - Report

Inter are looking to add some much needed star power into their line up of nobodies and has beens as they attempt to lure Arjen Robben to the San Siro. The explosive winger is unhappy with Pep Guardiola's immanent arrival Bayern Munich and he is looking for a way out. "i shall not be driven like a volkswagen" the winger said "and im not driving one to training either". Inter are willing to bid up to 18m for the Dutchman as they plan a mouth watering partnership between him and Stankovic in physical therapy sessions. Robben has made 11 league appearances this season scoring 1 goal in the process.

Inter Linked With Gomez

Inter are looking to add more fire power to their line up and they're linked with Bayern striker Gomez. The powerful striker was once hailed by Goal Legacy as the second coming of Marco van Basten and Jesus combined, but since then he has fallen out of favor with his club and his agent knows exactly why. "he as to leave" the agent said "i dont want to sound crazy but the GL jinx is catching up with him. We have recieved proposals from Inter and Juvi" the agent added "but my client will be honored to play with a great footballer like Rocchi". Moratti was unavailable to comment as he's preoccupied with intensive classes in Russian language.
