A team with better quality would have exploited that absolute schoolboy defense of Barca in my opinion.

Plus games like these show just how much you need midfielders with supreme technical quality and they have only one in Montolivo but he's doing most of the defensive work obviously.Rest are just workhorses with little to no technique whatsoever.

Milan are short on quality by some margin and its showing.

Milan forwards will have to do their utmost to finish any little clear chance they're presented with. we already saw one make a terrible miss.

Great off the ball movement from Villa. This is what makes the difference in this game and the first leg. Villa keeps 2 defenders busy, just by standing at the line. This creates space for Messi, also because Alves stays at the sideline. Huge gap for Messi to be in between the lines. Good job.
