Do you think any retired player can make comeback?
Given 4-6 months of hard training could anyone do it?
If so, who and what sort of impact do you think they could have?

Going by the Real Madrid legends games we have at the end of every season I seriously think Redondo, Zidane and El Buitre still have what it takes to play professionally. Obviously they wouldn't be starting for any big clubs. But they can still go.

The list of retired strikers who would be an upgrade over Rocchi is too long for me to type

Re: Do you think any retired player can make comeback?
imo it would have to be a player who relies more on mental abilities and knowing the game than a player who relies on his physical attributes.
i think a player like zidane, bergkamp, laudrup could all make come backs.
not at the top flight, however.

I don't think anyone can do it. It depends on age and physical abilities entirely.

I've heard Ronaldo has a disorder which requires medication that's banned in athletics.

I think there's a couple of legends in their mid-30s that could feasibly play for a mid-table club if they got bakc into shape with like a 2-month training regimen.
Thing is, they probably chose to retire because there's nothing mid-table about them.

Most recently retired players could I think.
I'd love to see Zola playing again.

Most def...I know he is the GOAT, but hes frecking 50 years old...I should be able to take him, let alone a NBA starter and 2nd overall pick in the draft.
