Haven't you people learned that a very good Real Madrid team brought there man Perez back gave him an endless money tree and he went out and bought who ever he wanted that DIDN'T PLAY FOR BARCA in world football, brought in 2 Balon D'or winners 2 outstanding coaches and still get cut up by Barcelona.

You cannot buy what they have which are players who have played together and the same way for there whole adult lives and part of there childhood. Then you throw on top of that they have 2 of the 5 best players in the world and then the best player in Messi we have seen for a very long time in his prime.

Not to mention pretty much everyone else on the team except for the keeper is world class or borderline world class and they all have pretty much played together forever and still do for the national team.

I mean let's not even bring Madrid up, a Man U team who had Scholes and Giggs probably past there prime but in much better form then now and much younger plus Ronaldo and Tevez (which is 10 times better then Wilshire and Bale) plus Vidic in the form of his life and probably the best defender in the world at that point paired with a HEALTHY and younger Ferdinand and Evra got taken apart by Barcelona.

And it wasn't really close. I respect SAF for not parking the bus and playing like a man but no team can play Barca strait up and win on a consistent basis.

Sure, anyone can beat anyone on a given night, but until this generation passes United like Madrid just doesn't have the core of players to just add two more to beat and be a better team then Barca.

Barca wont win every game or trophy but with this crop of players no one can keep the insanely high level of play and winning trophies this group is doing.

The stars aligned for this crop of talent Barca has and they will go on to produce great players but it will be nowhere near this crop. Sorry football fans, you just have to wait it out.

I wish it was that easy like dnmac said, Barca are a once in a generation special team. A team of players that just click and were bred to play this special type of football we witness every week.

I of course think those 2 would make us very strong (no chance we'll get wilshere tho) but I don't we'll be as strong as barcelona. Maybe a candidate for 2nd strongest team.

I think bayern are closer to achieving barca level than united are. But barca are also worse now than 2 years ago so the bar has fallen a bit

They have bought countless 'british' players for double price and still look like a mid table team.
