Nah, never liked Black Ops. Just don't like the map colours, the map layout etc. MW maps are much better.

Haha, I can completely relate to your spawning issues. I've even spawned practically on top of an opponent player, and I've died 3 times within seconds, due to poor spawns.

Yep. It's a birthday party. Most of the people who are going to be there, have either taken the day off work tomorrow, or are on maternity leave. I have work tomorrow, so I'll try my best not to get drunk out of my mindLeVersacci wrote:Sunday, party

Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts
I like SC-2010. It's about as accurate as the ACR was in Modern Warfare 2, and it takes up a relatively small part of the screen. I also like the iron sights on it. But.. my personal preference is AK-12. It's not as accurate, but it deals considerably more damage.

Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts
There can be no doubting, this COD campaign is legit
Can't believe it got so much media hate. Like I said, now it's 'cool' to bash cod. Even in aspects that don't deserve it. Probably about half way through the campaign, and I don't know what else people are expecting from a war game. 8/10 maybe 8.5

Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts
So its unfair that the heavily cut scene segments which apparently make up a large portion of the single player gives off the feel that you are not really in control of what you are doing?
Gameplay is mainly made up of following the leader and waiting to shoot on his command from point to point? again giving the feel that you are not really in control of what you are doing?
In other words the game doesn't involve you as much as it should? plus too many quick time events and not enough opportunities to involve the player into the gameplay?
Also that its either apparently wave after wave of killing endless bad guys or to the set pieces where you don't do much at all?
And that its not as consistent as it should be or interactive with the player as it should be?
That is the complaints i have heard.... and going by past CoD's i believe it

Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts
These 'heavy cut scene' segments are not actually that frequent. I'm pretty sure I feel in control of what i'm doing. As for following the leader and 'waiting to shoot' well at times you're the first one to take the shot.
And again, this is a war game. Maybe people would prefer it if the leader said 'Right lads, do what you want. I'm off for a cheeky smoke break'
The wave after wave B.S is... well, B.S. I've not once felt in this game that there are endless waves spawning until I go forward or whatever. If you stay still and kill all of the enemies around you then chances are the A.I tell you it's 'clear' and you move on.
People are unfamiliar with war if they think you have a group of men who run and gun at their own will. Yes, there is actually organisation involved in fighting large groups of soldiers. Dat shocking twist.

Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts
Nah mole that's the thing. People are complaining about all that but none of that actually exists in the game. I am not an idiot to say it's good despite it isn't. I have a lot of unfinished games that i just didn't like and i just put them away.
It's not a perfect game. Far from it. The story is flawed in some ways as i think they tried to concentrate on the multiplayer than the single player.
But the gameplay, mechanics, graphics, innovation and user experience. They are all extremely well done. Much better than a lot of FPS out there.

It's funny how all of these people complaining about how COD supposedly re-cycle everything, re-cycle old, non existant complaints themselves
