Yeah... especially since there are rumors in France that PSG are looking into triggering Varane's 50 mil release clause. I could see them selling Sakho for 20-25 mil and then going after Varane.

City and Man U are on Sakho too... I assume Madrid would jump in if Varane were to be moved. Barca need a CB badly as well.

A lot of options for Sakho imo.

Sif Carlo is playing Alex ahead of Sakho

He's always been a pretty talented defender and should've as well as possibly could've led the next generation of PSG players if not for Carletto's arrival.

He has started most games this year. Alex and Silva have both been injured often and Silva only joined after 4 weeks. He has the most CB minutes on the team... he's more angry about the captainship. He was PSG captain since he was 19.

He's been extremely good this year. He's started 17 games.

30-year old defenders are like 25 year old defenders for Carletto.

Can he play full back?? I have seen play him out wide a couple times but didn't show much attacking wise.

Varane release clause at 50mil

It's a lot about amortization period and resell value when it comes to figuring out transfer fees... Varane turns 19 in the summer. He has 10 years of prime play ahead of him. And you can sell him along the way for a large sum too.

He can't play fullback at all and wouldn't be open to doing it anyhow.

I dont think Hummels will leave Dortmund, they have a strong squad, they are challenging for the CL, no reason to move. +There arent any Germans in Barca, if he's gonna move there has to some German contingency in the team otherwise it'll be hard for him to play being the only German in a foreign country without anyone to help him

There is always a reason to move, be it new challenge, better team, more money and a host of other thing.

I dont think he has to move somewhere with a German contingency...it would help him I agree, but I dont think its something too big a deal.

Hummels won't find many germans in a team outside Germany unless he's joining Arsenal

I don't think that would be much of a problem, moving to Barça is always tempting - but I somehow doubt Barça would pay what Dortmund would want to to make the move happen as they've proven to be "careful" when throwing money on transfers and rightly so.

I wish Sakho can come to Milan but I doubt Milan can meet the asking price. Plus we don't usually buy players we are in desperate need for.
