so... you disagree with always online but are ok with requiring a verification once a day? wat?

anyway why would it be farfetched? planned obsolescence makes perfect business sense as it forces the customer to buy the new product, and i certainly wouldn't rely on microsoft to prefer consumer wellbeing over profits

I wouldn't say i'm ok with it, doesn't bother me as i have a reliable internet connection.

Can't remember the last time i went 24 hours without net tbh.

But i do understand why people pissed at it, as for why its farfetched i just can't see it.

Shutting down servers for games that were for a previous generation that very few people play any more is one thing but shutting down servers for a one year old game is something else entirely.

I really can't see that happening.

Xbox's price can easily drop by like £30 and they can have a offer, where if you trade in old Xbox you get like £50 of. That would make it a similar price to PS4.

Also they can have something/feature/whatever that allows pre owned games to be played.
