Nah he will move on, honestly when he came to Chelsea, he prolly thought he would be rolling for a bit atleast, but he should def move on to a club where he gets regular play time

Exactly. He's scarcely playing as it so selling him even without a replacement coming in wouldn't affect things much at all.
