I know we have a ton of music threads, although a lot of those threads already have posters who "keep" them going. You'll see post a bit in the official rap thread, but that keeps me a bit limited and that thread has more than a few quality posters. I know Thimmy and CBarca keep the Chillout music thread active. Anyway, music has always been a passion of mine (I have an old report card from Kindergarden and my teacher mentions my love for music) - there's just something about it, music can speak to you without using words. While lyrics are important to me, I never had the ability to memorize lyrics and I always connected more with the instruments and tune. I still have yet to try my hand in composing - I would love start out by learning how the plat the piano - I did write poetry in middle school/high school and I'd like to think I could write a song if I put my mind to it.

I will basically keep this thread updated daily (for the most part), I will try to keep each post consist of the same artist or genre. I don't mind if people decide to post up some stuff, but the idea is to keep that to a limit and please avoid mainstream artists; I would much prefer to make this a place for discussion and where I can introduce you guys to some underrated artists.
