Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
As of this moment:
La Liga +9 gap
Bundes +9 gap
Serie A +7 gap
England +6 gap
And gap aside it's hard to see any of the leading teams not winning the league this season.

England is never over.
Also La Liga will only be deemed over when Messi is scientifically deemed impossible to injure.

Le Sam we would win even if we had Cesc playing as a false 9 instead of Messi. Baring other major injuries, we would be a lot more boring, much less effective, and win less points, but we would still win the league.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
If these gaps remain the same by late February/March, then maybe. But it's too early to call now (except for La Liga )
Meanwhile in Ligue 1, PSG, Lyon, and Marseille are all tied on 35 points at the top.

Barca and Bavaria have it wrapped up imo. In Serie A if Juve extend their lead any further than they will definitely wrap it up as well. In Donkey League anything is possible, I'm putting my money on a Citeh win in a very tight round 38 matchday (albeit not as dramatic as last seasons fiasco).

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
Mancity should not be ruled out, especially since they won't be playing in Champions league midweek and United will. The other leagues are over though. French league is pretty interesting right now with 3 teams tied on 35 points.

Premier League is not over. Bundesliga is over. La Liga is over. Seria A is over. You wonder why the BPL is the best league in the world...

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
Agreed with LMG.I think City will run United close this season although i believe United will be eventual winners.
In Serie A i think Inter is the only realistic contender to topple Juve from the top spot(considering Napoli could be docked 2 points and lose their captain as well) but they have been pretty inconsistent this season ,lost/drew the games they should've won but yeah Juve for their consistency and depth should be heavily favored to retain the scudetto.
Its done and dusted in Bundesliga..Dortmund have CL to worry about this season and dont see anyone else capable of challenging Bayern this year.La Liga is pretty much over too.

Bundesliga is only over when it's over. Ask Schalke and Leverkusen.

Well, you obviously haven't followed the BL for long. Last season, Dortmund was behind Bayern with 8 points and then they won it with 8 points to spare, that is they overtook them gaining 16 points on them. Right now they are "only" 12 points back.
And the Schalke dig was when Schalke were Champions for 4 minutes - until Bayern managed to overtake them in injury time... And Leverkusen... well, they also felt like the certain winners a while ago, just to be overtaken right in the very end, too.
So Bayern should better not feel too secure yet.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
La Liga and Serie A are over.
BL and PL are not IMO.... the PL is always unpredictable and any team could drop points at any time.
As for the BL i see Bayern dropping many points between now and the end and if Dortmund can go on a similar run to last season i can see it going to the wire.
I can't see Juve and Barca dropping many points and even if they do the teams around them are not capable of going on long unbeaten runs like Dortmund are and have been in Germany IMO.

I think La Liga's over. All the teams bar Juventus are too inconsistent to challenge for the top spot in Serie A.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
People are forgetting Dortmund are in the Champions League this year,i mean i'm sure they are not in just to make up the numbers you know..They dont have enough depth this year in my opinion to be realistically be able to retain the title..
On the contrary Bayern have insane depth..I mean even their 2nd team looks pretty good on paper. After not winning the title for 2 seasons in a row i think they'll really be motivated this time to not repeat the same mistakes again.
I honestly dont see Leverkusen as a realistic title contender in my opinion.

Ok lets stop kidding ourselves here. Despite the common fairytale that the league isn't over, its well and truly over. Does anyone truly think that this Bayern side with the most goals scored (44) and least goals SEVEN actually dropping points to an inexperienced Neverkusen and an inconsistent Dortmund who lost Kagawa? Give me a break
This Bayern squad wise and tactically are well and truly above the Bayern of last year. "Only" a 12 and 9 points gap isn't exactly common for an elite team like Bayern to drop especially when they are destroying the league team by team. If any team actually catches up I'll delete my account.
OT: PL not over? Does anyone see this pathetic Manchester City actually catching up to Manchester United? You know, the United that wins the league every 2nd year and perform when it matters? All 4 leagues are over. Please.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
Juve have a lot of big away games in the second half of the season, such as Lazio away, Inter away, Napoli away, and Roma away. We're definitely going to drop points there, so if Inter goes on a crazy winning streak during that period, they could really overtake Juve.

Mole you are absolutely right as 6 points is a baby points to catch up on hypothetically yet do you really see anyone else (Or just City) matching United in their consistency, mentality and Premier League winning experience this year? I mean the team plays ugly and workmanlike and all yet they are just improving game by game. 6 points by that spectrum is quite large as not to count that City's next game vs United is in Old Trafford. I just cannot fathom this inconsistent and mentally weak City catching up. Before you know it City will draw a few games while United will keep winning despite the occasional blip.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
It doesn't matter. Juve are the only world class team in Serie A. They're heads and shoulders above Napoli and Inter in terms of consistency, talent and tactics. Genuinely a one horse race.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
City have only lost one game all season Arq they may not have been playing well but they have been getting results for the most part.
I never rule out anything in this league too many times i have seen 6 and even 10 point leads go in a flash.

Re: Are all top 4 leagues sentenced?
It doesnt mean much Mole..They have conceded a paltry 7 goals with Boateng in the backline..And besides they would just outscore the opposition if there are regular slip ups in their defense as they have too many attacking options in their armory..I mean to think that quality players such as Shaqiri,Mandzukic,Pizarro are their bench options, it says a lot tbh.Only concern for them now is Badstuber is out injured but its not a 'huge loss' as far as i'm concerned.
In the last 20 years ,Bayern havent failed to win the league for 3 years in a row..Just saying.
