Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
Good first half i reckon. More energy, more 'useful' possession. Wilshere's been good today, altough i reckon Sagna's been a bit below average.
Still though i don't think 1 goal will win us the game.......

Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
I'm only watching from a stream but it looked to me that Cazorla did get grazed a bit. I could be wrong. If he did get grazed did he make a meal out of it? Was it a soft penalty? Yep, on both counts. But it's maddening how certain players get instantly singled out to be tarred & feathered for a single dive or embellishment, when others do it week in week out and it's a matter of boys-will-be-boys for them (e.g. Bale).

Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
Nothing has changed..
Lucky to be ahead..
Gervinho useless as usual.. Wasting oppertunities..
Gibbs.. Dumb blind crossing as usual..
Cazorla average..
Giroud doesnt look fully fit..
Best player of the half.. Ox..
Wilshere was also good..

Happy for Mickie, Our midfield has looked GOAT today.
Wilshere at his best is amazing. Looks like someone kicked Gervais in the ass cus he's been brilliant with his movement and dangerous crossing.
Giroud needs to get more involved and we'll be alright.

Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
i dont care
its not that all our 7 wins in that run last season were convincing
good thing is after goal it looked us pushing for 2nd than them threatening
get second and then we have Rozza

Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
gervinhos movement is always good.. He should have crossed for Giroud than that last pass into no mans land.. He slows down and takes poor decisions which result in spoiling the chances.. And also should have made better use of that free shot.. I thought he was poor as usual..Rev wrote:Happy for Mickie, Our midfield has looked GOAT today.

Excellent midfield today. My only complaint is that finishing. If we hadn't gotten those penalties, we could have been screwed. Even Podolski missed a sitter

That performance by wilshere was brilliant, at times he looked even better than before injury, dribbling past just about everyone like they werent even there

Re: Arsenal v WBA LIVE
Agreed, the midfield looked brilliant, everyone clicked today. We were miles better than them.
Giroud looked a bit "jaded" should have brought Poldi on sooner for him.
@Wilson agreed that he wasn't useful statistically but his general work-rate and off the ball movement impressed me today, particularly in the first half.
Not saying he deserves to start, but his performance is encouraging.
Hope I didn't jinx him.
