Nice win, the first half was very tactical both sides saw very few chances but a brilliant freekick from Ronaldo was enough to separate the two sides. The goal opened up the game in the second half, and it was clear who the dominant side was, Real Madrid should have won by an even bigger margin, Ronaldo was denied twice by the woodwork.
Di Maria needs more bench time, he's so off form it's no longer funny, he's now the ultimate turnover machine, in the Champions league game against City, a stat came up and he had a 51% pass success rate, that is poor for Madrid midfielder. He should learn to keep things simple.
Coentrao also deserves special mention, he was brilliant in the match and he actually added a lot to the attack on the left side. Ozil and Benzema were both very quite in the first half, but played a lot better when the game opened up in the second half.
The Ultra Sur once again were tremendous, they deserve the man of the match award for their great support for the team and the wonderful graphics they displayed before and after the match.
