malaga usually play very defensive away. I can totally see them keeping a cleansheet. they can even nick it with their individual talents alone tbh

I wouldn't be surprised if it ended in a boring 0-0 with the porto coach accusing malaga of being too defensive

We have to see, everyone minus Benfica that Porto plays are defensive..they are used to it.

Porto have not lost at home in over a year, so I expect no less again.

Underrated.

Better than Wenger for example but you wouldn't know it if you just listened to the media or popular opinion.

their domestic feat doesn't mean much when they play team from outside tho tbh.

as for being used to defensive teams I am sure (just for analogy purposes) barca are quite used to it as well yet struggled against celtic both home and away.

I am not saying malaga will definitely win but I have seen enough of the to suggest this will be like any other away game they play so they will be up for it.

if you saw their game vs milan you would see my point, play defensive and nearly snatching a win. would expect the same here

but thats not to say porto will be clueless but it will be a challenge no doubt.

who are porto's weak links btw?

for malaga its their CBs

I feel sorry for him, does brilliantly in the CL and then before he gets a chance to play in the knockout stages he is forced to sell his first choice LB,Monreal.

Hope they go through but if they don't they have still done very well considering all their problems and the fact it's their first time playing in CL.

Look how bad City flopped in 2 campaigns by comparison to Malaga in 1 campaign.

Not enough love for the only man in history to take 2 debutant teams to the CL quarters

In both times his team was unlucky not to further as well.

Good on him and the players.

are you ok? or did you JUST start watching football

did you see what he did with villareal in 2008? made them top 3 in la liga and got them to champions league!

frankly, he is better than any coach in serie A... he plays an attractive and attacking brand of football....

And please don't say anyone with the malaga at their disposal could replicate his success, because that is completely B.S

he is right up there with likes of Klopp and AVB if not better.

He's decent but a bit overrated. He's definitely better than the likes of Klopp and AvB though who themselves are overrated and overhyped like there's no tomorrow.

Only La Liga coach to stand a chance vs German teams and almost kick one of them out, with a much more inferior squad Proud
